it is ted danson, there was a scene about dog food with this cut out in it which is why it was placed in the house but they cut the scene and it just looks small because of the camera angle. All the internal scenes were shot in a studio. Gutted because i really wanted it to be true!!!

All interior apartment shots were filmed on a sound stage in Toronto. It's NOT a haunted aptartment and the little boy IS a Ted Danson cut out, the reason for the cut out was edited out of the final cut. Hope this cleared things up.

Hey Dorks! The whole apartment is a SET in the STUDIO. I work in film, you can't shoot a feature with low ceilings like that. The set is built, it has removable ceiling flats. Each section of the set, room by room is lit just right. The Apartment can't be haunted, its not a real house/ apt. That "Ghost" is either a cut out or someone's kid sneaking a peak at the take. Let it go
