in cataclysm, is sunder armour essencial anymore? Not for tanks but for fury/arms dps, do we need to stack it?

@Fish4Bullets Then yes it would be smart to stack sunder armor and then proceed to continue your normal rotation. Although I'm not sure if the damage gained from stacking sunders will be greater than the dps lost from using your time to stack them.

@nic95 but it only reduces armour by 12%, and you have colloses smash (Pardon my spelling) which reduces armour for 100% on a pretty low cd. When col smash is up the sunder will be useless, but then again I suppose other melee don't benefit from it leading to more dps loss.

@Fish4Bullets If no other class can do an armor debuff then yes you should be applying it. Also glpyhing colosuss smash helps as it refreshes it, howvever it is not neccessasry as you can refresh it with a sunder armor every 30 seconds,

Another thing thats good for warrior tanking is using rend before thunder clap if your specked into it your rend hits a bleed and thunder clap spreads the bleed around and it gives you a better aggro build :)

-I find that I do a better job tanking when the game is on mute. The game's sound effects make me play franticly, and that's when I start making mistakes.

-Teamwork seems to not exist, as I deal with dps that try to do max damage on all different targets. The moment I gain threat on one mob a different dps gains agro on another, and so on and so on. Intelligent dps has made dungeons easy, were as with other groups we suffered countless wipes.

Update this guide plox! Improved Revenge no longer has a chance to stun, but rather makes your Revenge ability do increased damage, and hits an additional nearby target, giving you another type of cleave to use for multi-target tanking, and a reason to use Revenge on a boss (the damage output helps keep aggro). Also, the talent trees have changed dramatically in 4.0, so this guide is officially out of date. Please update it ASAP!
