No veo cual es la polemica del gringo. por lo general son cumulos cirrus que se forman a unos cientos de metros del suelo, el piloto debe ser un piloto local por lo tanto se sobreentiende que conoce muy bien su lugar de vuelo y su meteorologia al despegar en ese tipo de condiciones, ! si no sabes, no opines¡ y menos critiques
disculpa, conozcas o no conozcas un territorio, nunca sabes lo que pueda haber bajo un overcast. asi que creo que tu realmente no sabes o eres un atentado en el aire.
I must remind you 33 drifta that hang gliders do NOT count with stormscopes, GPWS,(if you know what that is.) master warnings + all instuments rated for that kind of flying... adn that clouds make it improper for visual flying. If you fly like that 33 drifta, expect the worst.
