I stopped doing P90X when my daughter lost 1-1/2 inches in 2 wks just wearing the garment. I am at the size I want to be at now, but I am going to start back with P90X for the muscle tone. You have definitely lost weight since the 1st video I saw of yours 2 months ago.
though I don't do the P90X. I'm doing other fitness DVDs, jogging, swimming, and recently started upper body muscle training with dumbells, at home, I don't go to the gym.
I will incorporate moves from paul cheks book, how to eat move and be healthy, It says the most important thing is to eat what FEELS right, with metabolic typing tests and everything. I added stretch excersises, and im actually more sore than when I did weights. Ive increased muscle mass in a few days. it feels like it.
The only bad thing is I will gain weight for about 8 weeks, before I gain muscle and burn All the fat down. it says so in the book
Well.. I lost 6 lbs last weigh in.. oddly enough my waist measurement went up an inch though.. But yeah I think I am noticing some changes. Its only been 10 days. After 30 I think it will be more noticeable.

1-2 hours every day differnet muscle groups, saturday sunday are days off....what i prefer to do is work each muscle group twice a week

Awesome Gary.
I workout 4 days a week for 25-75 minutes depending on workout. Average length probably about 45 minutes.

good stuff man, my friend got this 3 weeks ago and lost 17 pounds already just doing the ab ripper exercise. Mine comes anyday now I cant wait.
