the reason why he is holding his shoulder is so he isn't knocked back by the recoil and spreads lead all over his right side. still in semiautomatic this is definitely ridiculous and this gun doesn't seem to have too much recoil for a grown up man to handle. Makes only sense when shooting fully automatic guns.

I'm in the Aus army, and we don't ever fire them on automatic unless we're doing urban drills. They just simply aren't accurate, hardly any assault rifles are.

I just built an AR 15 that weighs about 8 lbs, but this vid is from so long ago i dont remember what the aug weighed. Dont remember it being any heavier than the ar, and probably handles better because of the bullpup design making the balance better.

@spader13 AUGs and their clones are around 7.5-8lbs w/o optics. From my experience with a MSAR E4 and a few AR 15s I would have to say the AUG is a more stable platform. More of the weight sits on your shoulder then on your forward arm making it easier to keep steady.
