  • I think you rock!!! Good for you please keep doing the recipe videos even if they include meat!

  • I'm just wondering why you wouldn't just go to a doctor for a B12 shot. I know vegans who do that and it'll all good.

  • Eating fruits and vegetables and nuts and seeds just does NOT give you all the health benefits that you need. Plain and simple. There's a lot of vegans out there who consume animal products 1-2x a week and it's for their own good. When you have a B12 deficiency your feet start to tingle like they're waking up from being asleep folks.. among other symptoms.. would you like to have that all day? Hell no. You'd change your diet in an instant.

  • Im so confused with her....Raw food changed her life for the better healed her....But Raw food diet made her sick as well....Eating animal products made her very sick as well...Confusing..

  • I will be putting my daughter on to you as she has polycystic ovaries, her ovaries are also covered in cysts. She wants to have children one day! Thank you for sharing <3

  • I want to commend you on your honesty and doing what is best for you! There is no right or wrong but what is right for the individual. If you look into your heart and sit with your question follow what the answer that is given from within. The rules are not rigid in life. If other people have problems with this that is there problem. Keep on doing what you love, its wonderful that you are following your passion <3

  • Thank you so much for all of your helpful and inspiring videos! You are such a lovely person. I seriously can feel your positive energy through my computer screen haha. Please keep posting videos :)

  • Okay so they wouldn't let me post the video... But it's on the DHERBS website. Search for his b12 article on the search bar. It's well worth it. B12 can be found in various herbs, greens, and sea vegetables.

  • Natasha, Although i don't agree with the eating of dead sentient beings, I do agree with the fact the we should recpect choices and free will. I just wanted to give some information that might add a little light on the b12 issue. Please read the following article I'm going to post for you. B12 can be achieved through food sources. Hope this message finds you in peace:) and for everyone else remember that above all we should always LOVE one another.

  • @dontfeedthefear You sound nastier than the person you're attacking. I believe he's sincere.

  • I admire your confidence and sincerity. I enjoy watching your videos no matter what you eat.

  • since she eating meat now maybe she can show us some yummy and "healthy" meat recipes... is it going to be baked, cooked, grilled, fried, sauteed or...raw? LOL

  • What to choose from when our fruits and vegetables are all contaminated?

  • most of people thinks: ME...ME... ME... ME... ME.. ME...ME...ME...ME...oh, the animal holocaust? there are “humanely killed/murdered”(um, what?) animals which I do not see it, do not hear it everyday...so lets go back to ME...ME...ME...ME...ME...ME

  • @eat02Live YES! I say this all the time! I am high raw/mostly vegetarian and just don't understand how people can have so much judgment inside of them if they are truly vibrating as highly and healthfully as they claim. People need to live and let live. This woman is on a journey just like we all are, and for most of us, ONE single diet doesn't work for our entire lifespan. Health is a work in progress, so live and let live.

  • Your an amazing woman :) and your videos are awesome. Thank you for teaching me more and more about Raw foods and how I can get healthier. I have Crohns disease and ur video on making green juices with a nut milk bag was very helpful. I can't wait to see how this transition improves my health :) Keep RAWking on girl! Your positiveness is contagious!

  • i like steak and chicken breast because i am a bodybuilder, is that bad?

  • @Pimpinaintezy brainwashed by society leads to lack of knowledge and consciousness constipation, is that good?

  • @monika9v society doesnt fbrainwash someone to be a bodybuilder, its a healthy sport that improves peoples lives. Obviously there are some that take it to the extreme, but thats up to the idividual. Btw if you decide to eat meat doesnt mean you get constipation, I have other fish, chicken or steak up to 5 times a day with brown rice, sweet potatoe or asparagus and never get constipated.

  • @Pimpinaintezy good for you...

  • @monika9v thank you, as long as I have no deficiencies I'm ok!

  • @Pimpinaintezy I don't cook red meat. I eat it raw. Haven't had a problem with constipation, I don't use supplements, and I lift 4 days a week. I've never felt better or had more energy in my life.

  • @WildlifeSeriaLKiller What about the bacteria from not cooking the meat, havent you got sick yet? Nothing wrong with taking supplements, including testosterone

  • @Pimpinaintezy Never gotten sick. Never had an infection. The ONLY reason that I do not take supplements is because I'm broke...lol. After taxes come back next year I'm going to put together a decent stack. I've made some pretty good gains without supplements, but dammit man. I could really blow up with em.

  • Thank you so much for sharing this and putting all of this great information out there. <3

  • I really enjoy your videos, and your story is super amazing inspiring. I'm miniscule-y raw food at the moment. Just started juicing. But I'm learning a lot from channels like yours, and am grateful you're sharing your experience. People taking issue with animal products in your diet have probably all had their own struggles with animal products, sugars, grains, etc., because haven't we all? It's not for them to say what's best for every person--needs change, adaptation follows.

  • You look radiant as always. I'm really happy for you. Wishing you continued good health and well-being, always! (((((((peace))))))) :-)

  • Thank you for your informative and inspirational videos for raw veganism. That you went back to eating animals is nothing shameful. You have always promulgated radiant health first and foremost. If consuming animal products allows you to continue to optimize your health, then I admire you for your honesty and courage to share it with the rest of us trying to figure out the best lifestyle for us individually.

  • @veganadoration Well put! I totally agree with you. I also think that Natasha demonstrates strength, will power, and self-preservation. I continue to learn from her about raw veganism. Life choices are challenging, but ultimately one must determine what is best for her/himself.

Again, I share your sentiments here. May we all optimize our health!! :-)

  • You have some of the greatest and informative videos I've ever seen. You deserve so many more views. Spread her videos, people! We need to share this information. America is blowing up, and not in a good way. I strongly believe in this way of life.

  • When food is dogma, that is an eating disorder. It is disrespectful to reject food as a dogma when there are many starving people who would gladly it over nothing. People should eat however they want and stop making strict rules to follow all of the time. It is more noble to accept food that is available to you than to refuse to eat something because of an arbitrary rule you have set. Natasha is the next wave of the revolution. Self respect+health and individual choices.

  • What animal products are you consuming Natasha? Iseating fish enough to get your B12? I admire your courage and strength to continue on doing what you do best which is to inspire people to get healthy!! Love you.

  • love you :D

  • Thank you for all your advice and real life experiences. I am new to the Raw foods and I love how the lifestyle has made me feel and look. I have lost 3 dress sizes and even the jeans I purchased last month are starting to become baggy on me. Like and many others on raw foods, I have experience great healing and spiritual awaking. One thing that i have learned is that there is no wrong or right way to do this... the only guidance system we have is our bodies.

  • Hi, I think you should create a cookbook. You should include raw & cooked foods, including the animal products that you eat and how you cook them so someone like me can get on the right path. I think you are awesome :-)

  • 35?!?!?!? i woud hardly give u 25 girl!and not only that u looka bsolutelly amazing, ur hair is shining ur skin is glowing u ratiate such an amout of positive energy its unbelivable!

  • You do the best for yourself - that's the most important thing - I agree that raw food is shown to be very beneficial to many people in many ways - with different outlooks and different methods for dealing with dietary challenges. Look at ''The LifeRegenerator'' videos, and 'Dave the Raw Food Trucker' and Matt & Angela Monarch-Stokes - each have they own outlook, 'Dan the Man' from liferegenerator videos keeps it simple, with no fancy add-ons from 3rd world countries - keep local and organic

  • Just wanted to say i think your lovely & I love your vidoes & i am glad you are stll promoting a raw food diet!!

  • I think it is crazy how some people are so afraid of cooked whole foods. The reason people clear up acne is because they stop consuming dairy products. Learn some information from Dr. Mark Hyman. This whole raw food thing is so stupid. The reason people overcome disease isn't because of raw it is because there eating real whole food, duh! Peace everyone. Check out my channel.

  • fertility+beingableto quit smoking+NOdepression+NOacne > B12 deficiency. She promotes healing for things that seem incurable. Every body know how to fix a B12 deficiency.. People need lots more help with those other things tho. Thanks for spreading hope to people without it!

  • I agree with the spirit of this video; humans are opportunistic feeders. We should not pigeon hole ourselves into any one diet for an entire lifetime. Our dietary needs and health conditions change. And we should be open to try any diet available if it helps us heal.

  • Also you will be subjectively attributing your sense of well-being to your change of diet where other factors will be involved. You will be experiencing the stimulating effect of cooked foods, too, as your body rushes to eliminate the toxic effects of excess uric acid and ammonia etc in the body after eating meat. The negative effects of eating animal products causes health problems in the near / distant future. It's worth reading The Hunter Gatherer Debate article at veg source dot com also.

  • @natureasintended While aware of the negative effects on health caused by animal products and cooked foods, ensuring that people have the correct information for optimal health is essential.

  • Of course you continue making videos. Some people need it.

I just want to ask you 2 things. Firstly, can't B12 Vitamin found in any raw foods?

And can you please make videos with recipes for people who want to start eating raw but can't invest right away on juicers and other machines? Like breakfasts and meals and snacks..

Thumbs up so she can see, please!

  • I am so sorry you've had to go through such a big deal with this health problem. Glad you've finally worked it out to feel healthier. I'm not even interested in being any label, just feeling healthier

  • Excellent B12 article at libaware(dot) economads dot (com)

Also, check out AlisonAndrew's channel, living on fruit.

Important to be aware of the negative health effects also of eating animals/animal products short-term and long-term. Excellent meat article at rawforlife uk

Sublingual B12 by-passes the digestive system and goes straight into the blood stream. If low in B12, it will need to be taken regularly or improvement won't be seen.

  • B12 is one important nutrient however, on the scale of importance, it falls way -way down the priority ladder. We use very little of it and it lasts several months in our bodies.

By eating dead animals and taking it synthetically are NOT the only options.

It is available in foods such as apricots, tofu, Kelp & other seaweed, plus a few others that I can't think of at the moment. The previously mentioned foods only contain a very small portion of B12 however, only a little is needed.

  • For the record I think you did the right thing incorporating animal products back into your diet. It's so important to listen to what your body needs and eating 80/90 % raw instead of 100% doesn't negate the benefits of the raw food you are eating. There are always going to be haters out there, don't let them get you down. Thanks Natasha.

  • @CtrlAltDltYou We are not hating; we are trying to help her and viewers. Meat-eaters also get B12 deficiency. It's not a dietary issue.

  • You've lost credibility..

  • @danicaine10 Couldn't agree more. You know what you're body needs and screw the people who don't agree. If you go from meat to veggies only or vice versa, then so be it. I don't see how we should occupy ourselves with what people eat unless it's doing more harm than good.

  • Go Natasha! Those of us that have followed you, done your juice fasts and/or the raw food challenge get it and appreciate all you've done to promote a healthier lifestyle. As you always say, listen to your body and go with what you need. So what if you're slightly flexing your eating habits at this point of your life? All of your years of experience are a HUGE help to us noobs so ignore the haters and THANK YOU!

  • I can't believe this sweetheart is catching so much flack from the raw food vegan food nazis. So now she's at most 95% raw food and maybe 5% animal derived food. BIG DEAL!! She's not eating Big Macs at McDonald's now. Get over your cheap selves and get a realistic topic to bitch about. I'll bet anyone ALL the tea in China that most of you giving her crap are also Pro Choice while you're whining about someone killing an occasional bird to eat. What warped, upside values most of you have.

  • Very wise to stay open to your body's needs. It make me feel better to know you can adjust and also that you are not pretending that raw food is perfect. Cause in reality nothing ever is.

  • natasha, love your videos! i'd begun changing my diet a year ago for better health. this is when i first came across your videos. at that point i'd tried raw vegan briefly but felt weak on it and ultimately went on to a paleo life style. i'd had the pcos and acne issues as well all my life-- totally gone! we have green smoothies every morning, tons of raw food, healthy meats, eggs, etc. such health improvements! thanks for your videos! i feel very much like you! best wishes to you!!

  • Do what you gotta do girl! I'm still going to keep watching. I'm glad you shared your story, now I know I have to keep in top of my b12 :)

  • I don't see why people care if you eat meat. You need it for your health. This video was great and I'd really like to start on a raw food diet too. Thank you :)

  • @staceyrussiantonian It not the meat, (or the 5% cooked), it's her reason for eating it. : The B-12 myth, and she keeps repeating it.

Why is she not excepting the facts about B12? B12 is NOT a dietary issue, and most people can't rely on diet to fix it.

  • I wish you all the best and a lot of health, and please continue what you are doing:)

  • so i returned to Veganism after about 2 month and took methylcobalamin- sublingual. Now my levels raised from 230- 575mcg. Just want to share my experience with it. All the best to you Natasha.

  • You are beautiful. This video is beautiful.. Congrats on getting healthier and making your right choice. At the moment Im living and eating with my family, its just not been the way I wanted to be. Your video, I feel, has given me a push. Ill see how it goes from here... and as I start my first year of university!!:)

Again.. Its good to hear you're doing well and thank you for being so open and transparent!

  • .. part 2

I dont think to be raw needs to be to have all those complicated recipies.. just take an apple, orange, some grapes, some raw vegies and just eat those as is. Make some nice salads, some smooties, etc. and you will be just fine.

By the way.. avoid the nuts thay are not so very good.. stick to raw fruits and vegies ..

    Namaste

Much love and light to all of you and please dont judge... she is doing what is good for her with the B-12 issues.

  • If you listen to Dr. Robert Morse, he will tell you that fruits is very important for all of us, vegies are good for us.. As for the B-12 shot he is not for this at all .. He knows what he is talking about and has many many years of experience.

Raw food is wonderful and detoxing from the fruits is what is so important to all of us, we all need the detox of lymph system, kidneys, liver, etc. etc.

Go raw, het his herbs, eat FRUITS, and be positive and I am sure you will be fine and well

  • So Glad you are doing what is best for you! and that you are doing better!

  • There is no Vitamin B12 in fruits or vegetables - NOT entirely true, since seaweed is considered vegetables. Vitamin B12 is found in some seaweed, processed as Spirulina (blue-green algae) or Marine Plankton.

There is controversy over this, of course. Many people say that the only foods which contain Vitamin B12 are animal-derived foods. This also is untrue.

    .

  • Thank you for your videos, your an inspiration to many and you look so young at 35.

Your right at what you say on your videos 100%.

    Thank you.

    Regards. Leon from Australia.

  • Thanks for sharing- I think you are an amazing person. Sometimes adhering to an idea or way of life 100% despite the consequences is no life at all. I am glad you are doing better than before <3

  • what wonderfull thing is to feel health thx for sharing

  • If you want to be 100% raw for spiritual reasons I feel happy for you. If you want to be 100% raw because you think it makes you better than others I feel sorry for you.

  • i'd love to know whether or not eating cooked foods has had any negative impact on your health along with the benefits it's had... like loss of energy, etc.

  • thank you for sharing this. very inspiring & amazing

    !

  • I love your candid honesty that you display in your vids. Lovely channel :) I'm not 100% raw yet but I am definitely feeling the benefits of increasing the amount of raw foods in my diet. I think it's great you're being open about where you are on your journey.

  • @robbieerandom said: "If everyone grew their own organic food...."

If pigs could fly. Get off the short bus. You're invited to accept reality.

  • @HeroOfChristArchives I accept reality. I'm telling you the reality that if weren't for food being washed and sprayed with all sorts of chemicals veganism can be a very whole diet. While its not practical for everyone, it is reality.

  • why dont u take vit b12 drops ???

  • Great video. I really enjoy what you have to say and find you very inspiring. Keep up the good work.

  • Please educate yourself about PCOS before trying to tell people you "reversed it". You can not completely cure PCOS, you can ONLY manage it. There's a huge difference between curing/reversing and managing the syndrome.

  • well said!

  • It has been shown that b12 deficiency occurs across a wide spectrum of the population not just those on vegan diet.

It might be that you felt rubbish while vegan because your body was busy trying to fix the issue and by eating animal products the body had to switch its energy to instead of looking after your body to just surviving animal food

I think its great that you happy now however i do think your misinformed about b12.

  • @waycoolzing

Well you are wrong champ. Gluten aka wheat/grains stop the absorption of b12, and many meat eaters eat a great deal of wheat/grains. Humans are not meant to be vegan, it is very clear. Hopefully those vegans who are harming themselves realize this sometime soon.

  • @Einz2 Hows it very clear that humans are not meant to be vegan?

  • @waycoolzing

Well lets put it this way, if you were to go out in the bush a try to survive are you going to eat only fruit and veggies and survive?

All vegans need supplements because they do not get what is necessary from a vegan diet. Almost all vegans and vegetarians I know have an extremely difficult time maintaining the diet. They crave meat and mimic it with facon and such.

I was a big believer myself (no lies) - but you need cholesterol and saturated fat for hormone regulation

  • @Einz2 I still crave bread because I like the taste but that doesn't mean I need gluten and processed starch to survive. Just because vegans and vegetarians that you know have a hard time doesn't mean anything either. What's your point? Cholesterol and saturated fat can be found in plant sources as well. Coconut oil is a saturated fat.

  • @waycoolzing

Vegan babies are dying all the time because of deficiencies and because parents thought they were doing the right thing. We are not meant to be vegan.

  • @Einz2 That is a problem with the parents not giving their children enough of what they need, not a problem with the diet itself. I wouldn't be surprised either if a majority of these infant deaths attributed to 'vegan deficiencies' are really just due to poor immunity because their mothers' haven't breast-fed them the anti-bodies they need to fight infection in their early life.

  • @robbieerandom

You see regarding babies now you are just believing what you want to believe. (Like most vegans) - The deaths were proven to be from veganism.

Also you do not crave bread, you crave salt and butter (fat) that is associated with bread. Not very many people eat bread or pasta completely by themselves - because it is disgusting. Unless you are completely malnourished and bread is the last thing to eat. Go eat a bunch of bread by itself and see if you enjoy it.

  • @Einz2 Artisian bread tastes delicious plain. I don't eat it anymore because I can't have gluten. I never put salt or butter on bread.

  • @OneSweetWorldLIOG

Ok I get that. There is salt and other herbs in Artisian bread though, just to let you know.

But fair enough, some people will munch on bread, don't think many people would eat normal bread plain though.

  • @Einz2 Of course there is sometimes salt, herbs, olives, cheese, etc in Artisian breads. If you're talking low quality "grocery store" bread. Sure it doesn't taste very good but that's because people want a cheap price therefore they get cheap quality. Just wondering if you're a vegan...noticed your comment about vegan deaths.

  • @OneSweetWorldLIOG

I was really into it before, and got that huge energy burst everyone talks about. Felt really good etc. But I could not manage it, after detoxing and all I still never felt full, craved meat. (Sometimes cravings are there for a reason, because we are deficient in something.) So I got to studying more into it and realized that removing grains was the big thing for me. Fresh fruits and vegetables are awesome, but combine it with some healthy meats and it is amazing.

  • "Like most vegans" - Problem with that is that I am actually a pescetarian. And sorry but food cravings are not totally dependent on the nutrition profile of that food. No one needs all of the sugar and caffeine in soda. If it was simply salt and butter I was craving then I'd go and smear miso and coconut oil on my raw crackers. Not so appealing to me.

  • I don't know you yet I'm proud of you. You are my sunlight. Take care and stay happy.

  • To continue the conversation: I am leaning towards minimal supplements (vita D and some B here) and local and raw as possible and the eggs and goat cheese and fish are all local, wild and caught/grown by me or locals. One biggie is the access to fresh, live springwater flowing straight out of the mountain. I drink WAY more water than I used to. Energy work, shamanic work and shifting my life to be super simple and in nature has changed my life. Come visit us sometime on the north OR coast!

  • Thanks, Natasha. The important thing is that after people experience the raw food experience they gain a higher level of awareness as to what feels right for their bodies. Kudos to you for being aware of your own body needs. Personally, I have a MS in public health education and have a lifetime on a healthy diet (even raw food/juicing experiences in the 70s!) Now I believe organic, healthy, local and tuning into one's body is key. I have to tell you, wild nettles as a pot herb saved my life

  • Beautiful! You played a hugh part in me going Vegan and 70% raw. I have so much respect for you and what you do it. Never stop preaching the TAO (the way). Thank you : )

  • I take all natural Vegetarian B12 pills

  • Much love for your light =)!!! You are a beautiful healing wonderful person who helps many with your messages. Thanks for all you do!!

  • great message!

  • @dontfeedthefear - Notice, I didn't critique short-term juice fasting. I critiqued the vegan lifestyle, with its deleterious consequences. You should learn from this woman who, after twenty-some years as a vegan, abandoned the lifestyle to save her life. I applaud her for that! HOWEVER, she continues to promote raw veganism as a tenable, long-term lifestyle, even though she ascertained via personal experience that it's not. Hence, she should abandon the philosophy just as she abandoned the diet.

  • @HeroOfChristArchives I think you've ignored the fact that Natasha's situation is an isolated one. She was taking B12 supplements which work for the MAJORITY of people but they weren't working for HER. Would you prefer to be on injections for the rest of your life to keep the hardcore raw vegans happy or would you change your diet to keep you and your body happy? Like Natasha said, if you don't like what she's doing, stop watching.

  • @robbieerandom - Vitamin B-12 supplements have exceptionally low absorption rates. If supplemented B-12 (pill form) is the ONLY source of B-12 in one's diet, they will eventually succumb to B-12 deficiency. Natasha became B-12 deficient after 20+ years of veganism and required B-12 injections for the rest of her life, UNLESS she abandoned veganism. Of course, she elected to abandon veganism; yet, she continues to promote veganism in spite of her experience disproving its long-term healthfulness.

  • @HeroOfChristArchives So you're right and the millions of vegans who take the supplements without acquiring a B12 deficiency are wrong, is that what you're trying to say? Don't really understand that logic, but hey, whatever helps you sleep well in your troll cave at night. And she wasn't vegan for 20 years, she was vegetarian. There is a difference. Why are you even watching this sort of video if you're so convinced that veganism/raw veganism is not a healthy life style choice.?

  • @robbieerandom - First, vegans constitute <1% of the U.S. population. Second, many of them adopt only short-term veganism, not strict long-term veganism. Third, not all vegans take B-12 supplements. Many are unwittingly B-12 deficient.

You missed my main point. I scrutinize this woman for actively promoting veganism as a tenable long-term lifestyle because 1) she's not actively practicing veganism, and 2) while practicing veganism, she became B-12 deficient and experienced deteriorating health.

  • @HeroOfChristArchives Sorry, the United States doesn't constitute the whole world. A large proportion of India is vegan, a country of some billion people. And since when did it become wrong to for someone to promote something that countless people practice safely and with great benefit even if it didn't work out 100% for them. Look outside the box. Like she says, this was just her experience. Stop trolling.

  • @robbieerandom said: "A large proportion of India is vegan"

You lie. While vegetarianism is a popular lifestyle in India, veganism is not. Perhaps now YOU are beginning to confuse the two?

Go look up "hypocrisy" in the dictionary. Actually, I'll spare you the trouble.

hypocrisy (noun) - Profession of beliefs, standards, and/or virtues that one does not uphold or possess.

This woman is a hypocrite. She professes raw veganism as a healthful lifestyle while being unable to put it into practice.

  • @HeroOfChristArchives "hypocrisy (noun) - Profession of beliefs, standards, and/or virtues that one does not uphold or possess." ---Now what's your user name again?---

Take a look at Matthew 7:3. I, myself need to remind myself of this on a DAILY basis. Peace & blessings to you & increased understanding.

  • @HeroOfChristArchives Be nice, I believe her.

  • Respond to this video... To me it sounds like you're finding balance. I was a vegetarian from 1992-1999 . For the first 1/2 that time I was enjoying great health - then got fat on pizza and stuff. It's not meat/no-meat - its all about nutrition. Lately? Well I reversed Type 2 diabetes 4 years ago via the engineering techniques hinted by Dewayne McCulty's book, "Death TO Diabetes". Its not all about raw as much as good nutritional balances. Hope that helps. Not just SEXY-RAW!

  • @HeroOfChristArchives said "This woman is a hypocrite. She professes raw veganism as a healthful lifestyle while being unable to put it into practice."

One need not be a 100% raw foodist to extol the virtues of eating raw food. The only thing that would make her a hypocrite would be if, since including animal products back into her diet, she railed against others doing so.

  • @robbieerandom Actually, a large portion of the Indian population is vegetarian, not vegan. Yogurt is made daily in millions of Indian households. Also cheese like panir.

  • Excellent video. I am so incredibly impressed with the way you are able to respond to negativity without absorbing it and reflecting it back out again. Very, very impressed. It will be a beautiful day when more of us develop this ability. You are honest and radiant - meanwhile, down here in commentville, people are angry, calling each other names, and fighting like junk yard dogs. I aspire to your level of peace and equanimity - thank you.

  • @HeroOfChristArchives Fun fact which you are probably ignorant of - If everyone grew their own organic food, no one would ever even need to take a B12 supplement on a vegan diet because of the natural bacteria and yeast growing on fruit and vegetables that produce the B12 in the first place. B12 isn't something produced by cows, chickens, sheep or pigs. They ingest it from the food in their environment and over time it accumulates in their flesh.

  • @robbieerandom

You are a moron, B12 is produced in the gut. There you go another vegan making up things they want to. B12 is in soil and insects, you aren't going to go eat soil now are you?

You would never get enough from homegrown B12 to last your life, at some point you need animal products.

If you are vegan for ethical reasons, props to you honestly, but if it's for health - not a wise decision.

  • @HeroOfChristArchives, what makes you think she's promoting veganism? I didn't get that at all from any of her recent videos. I think she's promoting the benefits of raw foods, which are overwhelming. Every person I have ever known that went heavy raw foods gained health.

  • @thewaterfalloflove - Incorporating raw, organic foods into one's diet can indeed achieve a variety of health benefits. I'm not criticizing this notion. As I've previously stated, I object to Natasha's promotion of veganism when she experienced deteriorating health when undertaking veganism. Instead of simply promoting raw foods, Natasha, via personal experience, should warn against adopting veganism as a tenable, long-term lifestyle, and advise contacting a licensed medical health professional.

  • @HeroOfChristArchives, I live in Texas too. In fact I don't live that far from McKinney. I'm also a Christian and I'm not a big fan of veganism. I think most vegans are atheist. I do try to be open minded though and you should too. I noticed you favorited a video of an attack on the Planned Parenthood. Do you need some help? Are you an extremist? Do you believe in violence to promote your religious agenda? I tried to write you in private but you have friend lock on. Please chill man.

  • @thewaterfalloflove said: "I live in Texas too."

I do not reside in Texas.

@thewaterfalloflove said: "I think most vegans are atheist."

You need to rethink your assumptions.

@thewaterfalloflove said: "I noticed you favorited a video of an attack on the Planned Parenthood."

Actually, that is my video upload, not a favorited video.

@thewaterfalloflove asked: "Are you an extremist?"

    No, I'm not..

@thewaterfalloflove asked: "Do you believe in violence to promote your religious agenda?"

    No, I don't.

  • @HeroOfChristArchives I asked ... is there something wrong with you...

    Only you know.

  • @HeroOfChristArchives, if you don't live in Texas, why do you have multiple videos about North Texas? It's not like those issues you're "uploading" are national news.

  • @HeroOfChristArchives I personally think you're wrong. Vegetarianism is a perfectly feasible way of living where an individual can live quite healthfully and happily, as Natasha and numerous others have! It comes down to personal choice and digression. Everyone has the right to live as they please and make their own mistakes. As long as individuals have support and common sense, I wouldn't worry :)

  • @KautiousKat said: "Vegetarianism is a perfectly feasible was of living"

Go learn the differences between veganism and vegetarianism.

  • @dontfeedthefear - I love my Christ, and my Christians. Keep your Gandhi.

  • Thank you for being so open with your health journey. In regards to you adding animal products to your diet, I think you made the best decision for you; there is so much honor in that. Many people are jumping on band waggons without really giving thought to how it affects there particular health need. We all need to listen to our bodies and you did just that. So stand proud because you inspired me to listen to my body. Can't wait for the next video!

  • Look y'all, lady's been a vegetarian for as long as some of us have been alive. It's not like she's been craving meat and finally caved. Watch the whole video before making judgments. Some people just can't absorb the supplements. I use a B12 patch and the bloodwork says it works, but it sounds like Natasha has tried every supplement available and isn't getting health-preserving results.

  • Great post!!

  • so you had a B12 problem and you solved it and regained your health and continue to promote health in your website coaching etc, thats all good isnt it. I dont why people would criticize you for that.

  • thanks for the info.... no judgement.

  • I enoyed working with you...the 10days day juice fast AMAZING

    Thank you

  • I do not see adding animal products as a contradiction if you are still preparing raw foods along side them. it is just the right balance that is needed, raw radiance and plenty of B12! I think most forget the balance part... that said, thanks for your honesty, I enjoy your site and it has helped in my decision to not only having 80% to 90% of my food raw as well as adding one week of 100% raw every month this year, and loving it!

  • Love you and your videos :)

  • Maybe you should create a new channel. I am just saying this because there are so many people that go on searches for a true raw foodist for guidance, perhaps for specific reasons etc. and since you're not, but you do promote health, maybe you should look into making a new channel about your new lifestyle. You no longer promote RawradiantHealth. Just my opinion.

  • @MsAusarian thank you. I was multitasking and must have missed that part. Hmm I still have to check out why not a Raw butter, or Raw Milk. Also, why not just have a regular health channel and not a one specifically on Raw foods, since she is no longer a true raw foodie?

  • You are awesome. Thanks for your honesty and you inspirational videos that keep me me moving to a healthier diet.

  • Raw milk kefir, Raw butter, Nutritional yeast, Raw Whey protein. Good raw sources of B12.

  • I don't like getting involved in the "Raw food controversy" of the meat issue, but I am hearing a lot of these gurus here on youtube talking about meat eating, and you also said you eat butter. Why not take Methylcobalamin B12? Or Perque B12? Sometimes I feel like people are making excuses, So help me understand why some thrive until a ripe old age eating this way and supplement b12 and others like you do not.

  • @LovingTheRawLife

10.30 minutes in she explains why

  • well, u could try making sashimi at home, and it will be raw

  • This is the first raw channel I found and would be lost without you. You're doing whats best for your own individual needs and atleast you have been honest about it all! I know it was a difficult decision to eat animal products again especially knowing what some viewers reactions would be like but i'm glad you're staying :) thankyou.

  • Natasha, this is such an awesome video! I think you are an amazing person. I appreciate you so such. I have learned a lot from you, and thank you so much for continuing this journey of promoting a healthy lifestyle with us.

  • You go girl! I had to start eating fish and chicken 3times a week and I feel much more complete. Love your videos! Keep up the great work!

  • natasha, do what you need to do to stay healthy...forget all of these judgmental people...they are unimportant.

  • You are so inspiring, Natasha! I'm so glad to hear you aren't giving up YouTube or your website.

  • @RawRadiantHealth

Promoting raw veganism when you're NOT yourself a raw vegan?

Shame on you, snake oil salesperson! Practice what you preach.

Keep posting videos about your Vitamin B-12 deficiency. I LOVE it.

  • @HeroOfChristArchives she has been a raw food vegan for many years? Therefore she has "practised what she preaches" for many years. She understands, first person, the amazing results and effects it has on the body. Why shouldnt she promote it? Have you not listened to her video detailing that she has seen amazing changes and also as a result of the raw food diet managed to clear infertility and dental problems? This i think, makes her tge perfect "sales person". Dont be so rude and judgemental.

  • @misshypnotizing - Here's a female who, through personal life experience, ascertained that the human body cannot be sustained through raw veganism. Yet, she stubbornly upholds and promotes raw veganism, in spite of her personal experiences contradicting its healthfulness.

She's both a hypocrite AND a snake oil salesperson.

  • What a woman.

  • I am not a raw foodest but inspire to be because of you and with the help of another you tuber vie decided to grow my food . This is a process and everyone should not pass judgement we are all subjected to chemicals in our food , in our air , in our water and soil . So we all should unite for healthier food and not pass judgement because we are all in some way subjected to our own horrible health issues . I thank you so much for all that you have done for me , again thanks for sharing and bein

  • Did you suffer from hair loss when you had PCOS? Because I really struggle with it.

  • I am not a raw foodest

  • Did your mom pressure you to eat animal?

  • My ear was hurting today. I did eat some doughnuts, so I guess it was from yeast.

  • rock on!! I'm glad you are so enthusiastic about your decision! :) :) :) I know it must have been a hard decision for you, so I commend you on your bravery.

  • you go girl!!! do what you need to do for yourself!

  • What happens when you get your next blood test results and your B12 is still down , meat eaters test low for B12 all the time . Seems like you just made up a poor excuse to go back to eating meat.Seems very odd to me that eating meat was your only option besides taking the injections. And if you were an ethical vegan raw foodist, why would taking shots be such a big deal.

  • @surferray69 Wow there's some real spite and venom in this room. Haters are climbing the walls. One girl dealing with problems and bunch of haters latching on for free ride.

  • @tblaxxable Sorry you have such a thin skin.I asked a reasonable question. How am I latching on for a free ride ? This video is posted in a public forum and I have a right to voice my opinion.
