You can get those at any gun show. The larger gun was a modified AR-15 to make it into a pistol as defined by WI law. The pistold was Springfield Armory XD, maybe in 9MM caliber. You can get those guns at gun shops, the AR costing 700+ dollars without modifications and the XD costing 500-600 Dollars.
