This video was played in the US a few years back. BA is a great airline. I really like their World Traveller Plus product. I try to fly WTP whenever I can.

Don't fly BA!!! They are the worst airline ever! Last month they lost 22000 bags. And they just waste them rather than trying to return them. Their customer service is a joke.
