How in God's name do train for works out like that. If anybody knows please hmu so I can get started, incredible video and beyond inspiring. Mind is still blown but seriously somebody let me know how to train for that gymnast style lifting.

@USAJungleGym LOL. The vest I'm wearing is 20lbs. 2 ten pound vest. Thats all I really need. I only focus on more body weight any way. Plus you probably have a 100 lb vest. :-)
