How much points does Sturm cost? Is it the same as Nell and Hawke?

Hawke is 2000 and Nell is 3500. I believe Sturm is 4000, but I can't remember.

Actually, concerning Nell's Luck balance, I think it's entirely positive. She loses the usual -5% to 5% and gets 0% to 10%

even though you can not not do twin isle you could do a challenge (survive for a certain number of days or something else). the same for any future maps you cant do.

It is worth pointing out Nell can destroy mega tanks with infantry in duel strike and so gets even more broken than in this game

Given the rarity of such an event, I wouldn't say that's what makes her broken. What makes her broken is having no weaknesses to counterbalance her increased luck variance - the COP and SCOP just exacerbate this.

6:53 Some are easier to pull off than others, but to get a 300 on the multiple enemy maps, you pretty much have to rush one of them, HQ capture, and bludgeon the other/s to death with 2x funds. (Except of course Risky Vale, where the only HQ is yours)
