  • cant understand a word your sayin tbh...

  • this is really boring. There is more of the interviewer than anything else.

  • this is completely not funny

  • crap

  • leave it to a frency

  • Why didn't you use the clip from Bringing Up Baby when he said "I just went gay all of a sudden"?

  • stupid...no, really stupid!!

  • Sheesh...people are still trying to say he was gay and Kate Hepburn was lesbian.

Both of them thought that was hilarious.

There are no secrets. We know full well who was gay and who wasn't. We don't have to piece together a bunch of vague clues to do it. Montgomery Clift and Rock Hudson...gay. Cary Grant and Kate Hepburn...not gay.

It wouldn't matter except that we know full well these accusations are being used as an insult.

  • wow that whole piece of "film" is really the most unnecessary thing I've ever seen. It's stupid, boring and disrespectful. What a waste of time!!!

  • I watch these old movies and totally enjoy them. Sure I feel a little awkward knowing Kay Francis slept with 4 women in 1926. I feel awkward because THEY probably felt awkward. No shame really. That shame thing back then was the death of so many that a great majority of those in Hollywood kept very quiet. The line of distinction (safe zone) betwn the Hollywood elite and the general public, including the paparazzi was much clearer even up until the 'credible' smut magazines like People arrived.

  • clever but silly

  • Very cleaver. Congratulations

  • Who's this french sounding arsehole.

  • This is fantatic. Simply amazing. Love it! Love Carey Grant also.

  • actually he was bisexual what difference does a mans sexuality got to do with his acting ability? he was a legend

  • It's become a national pastime to "out" dead celebrities. In recent times John Lennon, Cary Grant, Randolph Scott, Rudolf Valentino, James Dean, Montgomery Clift, Katherine Hepburn, Marilyn Monroe, Joan Crawford, J.F.K., Jr., & Robert Kennedy (amongst countless others) have been pulled from their graves or urns and christened fairies. Not one of these recently-dubbed faggots have denied the epithet.

  • Dean was definitely bi and Clift was certainly gay.

  • hepburn was bi by todays standards except when she was a young person in the 10's and the 20's such terms to define sexuality didnt exist. Altho many of the people who hav been 'outed' WERE actually gay/bi it could b argued that its unfair 2 define them by such modern terms, words wiv which they wud not define themselves @ a time wen they hav no chance 2 defend themselves. Not because there is any shame in being gay, just that it could ammount to misrepresenting them on a really personal matter.

  • Yes, there is shame in engaging in homosexuality. Everyone IS NOT doing it, although the media would have the public believe otherwise.

  • did i say everyone was doin it? NO.

i said today dey wud b described as havin homosexual tendancies weva dat makes dem gay or bi bt coz its so personal its intrusive 2'out' dem at all, bt particularly in a way which might comprimise their own sense of self. that is all. i hav gay friends and i hav known them 4 yrs b4 they 'came out' they were afraid, it took courage. they still stuggle wiv it. Hepburn + dean r my idols. short of killing anyone i cud never associate anyfin they did wiv shame.

  • there shouldn't be any shame, there's nothing to be ashamed of .

Nobody knows what really went on in these people's lives.. It's non of our business.

I just wanted to see a Carey Grant interview

  • This was good! Love the "Arsenic and Old Lace" bit. XD

Very creative idea & excellently filmed as well.

  • Excellent !

Robert de la ville de Québec.

  • Wonderful job. Lightning, set, music... Everything perfect for a very elegant interview. So like Mr. Grant himself. I remember seeing him, years ago, during the circus festival in Monte Carlo. A charismatic figure... Congratulations Olivier.

  • Your video clip is great and I've rated it as awesome. I've done another clip on some old cigarette cards of 1930's movie stars: Cary Grant, Joan Crawford, Gary Cooper, Joan Crawford, Fay Wray from King Kong, Bing Crosby, Kay Francis and many more.

  • Well done. I had some reservations at first, but you really pulled it off.

  • This is one of best videos on this site! Well done!

  • This french journalist is really a sexy stud. And what is more I like his accent. hopefully we'll see him again !

    Veronika
