Any ferret questions for me?

Can I just have some important pointers/tips (same thing)? Should I feed them mice on occasions? Could they eat insects? How can you tell age difference- is it just small? @ferretofun it depends if they get alot of play time in the day, if they play at leastr 4 hours at day they should sleep, but they will get up to eat or use the litter box

@cheer4life765 a boy is bigger and possibly lazy and a girl is smaller while more active, theys differences are common but not always true either one is awsome i have a boy and a girl they are very diffent. ferrets are all uniqe just like people.

They poop in the corners, so it's your responsibility to put down newspaper there. Sometimes they will be rebellious, but most of the time they go in the right places because you learn where they live to go.

I was lucky, got the first one for free, as a gift and the other two ones I found on craigslist for 20 bucks, ten each! Got the three stage for free with the first ferret, but they're loose in my bedroom all the time, cage remains open. I buy the ferret food at Wallie World for like 6 bucks a big bag. The box is four. I made them toys and hell, they're very happy, especially the first one, now that she's got company, even her coat looks and feels better, attitude got better too!

What food do you feed them? Because $6 food isn't good unless the brands you're supposed to be feeding them for less.

Ma'am, I'm poor. Can't afford no brand. But I do my best to avoid what most people do, and feed them cat food. I feed them "Super Premium Ferret Brand, with Taurine" - chicken flavor. It is a very common brand and according to the label, it meets or exceeds all the vitamins that the ferrets need. They're happy with it, when I got them they were fed cat food. The price is cheap because it is Walmart. The food is good.

I forgot to say, the food is cheap probably because it's a small bag, it ain't a whole lot of it. The brand name is "Wild Harvest" if you wanna look it up.
