  • Wow!! Great job guys! Beautiful harmonies! :)

  • Nice resonance!

  • 1:35 is that a sneez? whatever... sound beutiful!

  • they sound pretty good but they sung it a little too fast and they need to work on all singing at one time for harmony.

  • I've never seen such a huge male choir....I'm impressed beyond compare.

  • This type of singing, with a large male choir, is typical in Wales (United Kingdom). Coal miners were particularly famous for it. This is close harmony singing. Originally it was used for hymn singing and the Welsh have a particluarly good one called "Bread of Heaven" which is their national song. If you like this type of singing, you might like that too.

  • sorry what is a men's glee? Sounds like something i'd like to get involved in :p)

  • nice

  • something sounds strange here and there...but all in all great performance! =)

we sing it in our choir as well, I love this song.

  • well the "strange thing" maybe in the recording or it could be a different arrangement.

  • great version but its is by w.b yeats not douglas e wagner

  • perhaps it was the arranger of the piece?

  • this song from me home still brings tears to meeyes

  • O_o

It would be weird for girls to sing this one, seeing as it's about a girl...

  • Tell that to my chorus teacher...

  • In 2001 my all female choir sang this song and it was amazing, we performed it beautifully and melodically. Basically sounds the same, but softer and sadder because they were female voices.

  • very nice .... i wonder what girls would sound like ....hmm *thinks*

  • I wonder what dragon ball z characters would sound like ....hmm *thinks*

  • that was mean ;O) lol!

  • Check out the Rankin Family arrangement. Three women in marvelous harmony.
