If you watched the video, you would see quite a large amount of elementals spawning everywhere. The cameraman gets aggro a couple times off them, actually. Pretty funny to watch the part where he's just kinda runs around in circles for a bit trying to get away XD

you can if you want. it gives better loot if you leave them alive, and a title/achievement if you leave all of them up when Sarth dies.

This is not true, you get the title just by killing all 3 while engaged with sartharion, it is impossible to kill him if you leave the drakes alive during the fight, they must die during the fight.

you misread, most of the time you would kill them before the boss, this is the hardest way where you actually have to kill them during the boss encounter. it is actually impossible to leave them up during the entire encounter.

(this one isnt so clear) 8Hunter (the cat pet indicates another hunter) 9druid (feral, he was tanking sartharion until the warrior took over?) 10 I cant see/find this one. Sorry.
