The Marina ( not mariner! ) is derelict, the shopping centres are full of empty shops as is the town centre, The people are uneducated drunks/ drug addicts and full of hate of anything not to do with Hull, and as for the fantastic football grounds, please do not tell me you are on about the cow shed that is the KC stadium?? That's the only football stadium in the city!! The place is a dump! Face it!

i'm from hull and its a great city. sure its got some poor points but no more then any other city, plus you're only lookin at the poor points of hull. You forgot to mention the straightforwardness and the loyalty of the peoplem, the beautiful mariner and the freedom festival and the toad trail. So if your gonna do a vid on hull include the many more good points of it and stop dissin!

Yeh well. THIS is exactly why i moved away from Hull. Im born n bred west hull. The boulevard till i die. BUT, com on, what sort of place is Hull when ya cant even mug an old lady and get a few laffs down at rayners anymore. We had street corners dedicated to muggings. It was a way of life for kids. Now days its all "lock em up". I - live in Lancashire where its completely acceptable to mugg grannies.

Why do you want people to think Hull is like this? If you're watching this and you're not from Hull, it's fine. Just about everything of what is shown in Pats video is selective, such as the boarded up houses; thats just because theyre ready to be knocked down for new ones or to be regenerated.
I can see the humour in it, but it could be applied to anywhere in the world.

@clairelil1 I left Hull in 1987, joined the armed forces to get away from Bev Rd, by trying to blame the immigrants you are just sticking your head in the sand, Hull had major issues before their arrival, I can assure you, in my part of Hull there was not much work and lots of alcohol/drug abuse. Look into recent history and see how people have lived since the war, slums, ghettos, crime, abuse, violence, Hull is what it is, a hard place to enjoy life!

Hull is a great city compared to a lot of British towns. I drive all over the country and this silly video is only looking at the negative. We all should be proud to live here. It may lack investment but that is down to the fat capitalists. Go to places like Leeds and look at the vice areas, where it is shoved in your face. Hull has morals and decency. Of course Hull lacks investment & there has always been a North/South divide - when it comes to money. Hull has a lot going for it; and I personally am very proud of it's history and future.
