  • Great. Great. Great! I just LOVE how you turned a formerly-grass lawn into a source of great, healthy food for yourself and your family! Awesome. Just awesome. Happy Gardening!

  • Wow, that's fantastic Michelle, do you hill the spuds? i find the ones at the top go green if there not hilled up. I like your strategy of not having anything growing that's not edible.lol. anyway i'll catch ya later, cheers

  • @mugsyjeff I dont hill the potatoes, I put them at the bottom of the box which is four foot high. I have not had any problems with green potatoes. I find that having any thing on my property that is not edible is just a wast of my time. Besides, vegetables do flower.

  • @crewlla Yes, well that's great, you must get a good harvest doing that. And I agree, I'm not much into growing things I can't eat either. Wilma has some nice plants, suculants & things like that. anyway take care

  • why did you raise up the top rail of your beds?

  • great job!! nice looking garden.

  • I agree with just growing edible plants gives me something to look forward to.

  • Summer has arrived in Alberta! Your taters look great! Actually everything looks great but your potatoes look especially healthy. Very nice! :)
