So one aspect of the actor/directory concept, when phrased in the terms I used to think in, would be to say that the reason I believed in the speed of light as a limit was so I could do the performance my magic show on stage and then have time to run back into the audience in time to view it. If I didn't imagine a speed limit of wave propagation, then I would be able to believe in co-location as easily. However, if I free myself from worrying about mechanics, I don't need the physical laws.
"The moment I compiled this video is the exactly same moment that you are viewing it" @unASLEEP I do see that... but I'm having a hard time believe what I know to be true... I guess it also means you are speaking precisely to me in this moment and created this for me just as much as I watched it just now so that you would have a reason to create it... Thank you... much love to you.
I enjoyed your last few videos. It is nice to see people getting into the concept of no time. It is very ingrained into the human psyche but I am sure they will be able to transcend it. It does run counter intuitive to their belief in evolution and time heals all things. It just a matter of the human body believing in the concept of beginning and ending, start and finish. It should be a fun time to see how it all plays out.
Thank you very much for the video and beautiful thoughts. Also thank you very much for the clips from Istanbul. I saw my University building in this video. It was a nice surprise.
Thank you sonjojosea, and WOW, what a small world, huh? I only knew the clips were very beautiful and moving to me - I did not know the specific geographic location. Wow - Istanbul, and your University at that! Thank you for sharing your familiarity with the locations.....what a wonderfully interesting sidebar for myself and other viewers. Thank you for letting us know sinjojosea! :-) Just beautiful!
unASLEEP, once again you have brought profound understanding in divine timing. As I am facing the effects of 45 years of creation in my life and owning my creations I find your video inspiring and empowering. I thank you from the depths of my heart!
Have you ever considered doing a full-length movie? This format could lend itself to an amazing experience for your listeners, and hopefully for you as well.
I've been thinking in DVD terms for a long time. A lot of "advaita apathy" notions need to be dispelled.
Even if Everything were Done, we are not, in our conscious, dynamic experience, Everything. Nor can we see Everything since we are at a different level of magnification.
Only Everything can see Everything, and it ain't talkin' ;') To pretend that We know what is Done is hubris.
Or, as the great sage Yogi Berra, said, "It ain't over 'til it's over "
Hellloooooo djsuperstar171 ♥ and yes, it HAS been a while (but surely not mths...has it? :-D) Oh well, better late than never. I missed you, too, and I'm glad this video fills in some answers on those pesky unspoken questions we have. Thanks for your sweet comment.
Thank you macbadapple :-). Yep, we inhabit our our handiwork. Not to worry, though - SEEING what you have DONE is the beginning of UNDOING what you have SEEN. How cool is THAT? :-D
hmmm sadly, I am just not buying this stuff anymore...... I think God is my director, and I only want to be HIS actor, not ruled by myself. The world is a mess because man thinks he can rule himself.....it has turned out to be a disaster, and no I never wrote any of these disasters thank you very much.
Yep. You're playing the role of playing no role...and it's STILL a role that you wrote for yourself to play.
That's the teeny but deadly oversight that gives birth to the illusion that "everything is already done." I said it before, and I'm sure I'll say it again (many MANY times, in fact :-D):
There is no conflict between "Everything is already done" and "Becoming," because if "Everything" contains "Everything," then it contains "Becoming," too. It would have to. And we are the agents of "Becoming." Without us, and our limited position in time and space, there could be no "Becoming," since we'd be everywhere and everywhen. (Which we are - but pssst - keep that quiet - down in front - no talking during the movie. I paid a lot for this ticket and double-buttered popcorn ;')
Hey Unasleep! I've missed ya! Another perfect series. Your words always bring a feeling of calmness and empowerment. As always, thank you for your time.
What a lovely dream lizzylavidaloca, and in fact "Dreams" will probably be one of the next topics in a new video.....there is much more there than we usually give credit.....
Thanks for this great vidoe serios,Unasleep!! You have given us great words of widsom. The NOW cannot be DONE. But the NOW can be WON. And we have WON when we are ONE with the ONENESS :)
I thought of the example of Mel Gibson in "Braveheart." He was the director and the actor. As the actor, he took the director's input... and as the director, he took the actor's input ... and seeing from both perspectives...and then at the end of the day he was neither... or both:)
More & more I see done-ness & now-ness existing simultaneously. And both every-thing & no-thing as true. Infinity seems as inclusive, as much as infinite no-thingness seems both full & empty. My mind spins a little but it works, helps a lot... I hear you on the actor + director paradigm & am enjoying the videos....Contemplating timelessness, stillness, etc., has helped to saved my life. The 'beginning' built into the 'end'....awesome!
It will indeed "blow a tire" :-D on our 'smaller' mind, but when we reach out more fully with our larger mind, the picture suddenly starts to come into view. :-)
What can I possibly say that I haven't already said? You are a delight.

Wow - wotta concept. I've always been dissatisfied with "Advaita Apathy." And the "bridge" is the perfect non-answer.
A bridge also limits traffic. Otherwise we'd pour so much stuff over it we'd clutter the stage and ruin the show.
Making your bridge too big or too small is the real problem. The greedy make it too big, and the poor-minded make it too small. Balance is all.

Thanks cybervigilante, I'm glad you like it, and yep - finding that balance is a very important part.
