I know this song was written by Bob Dylan, and I love Billy Joel and this is nice, but I love Adele aswell and I gotta say I like her version better... Don't know why.. it could be possibly because it's done on piano only. Doing it with the whole band just makes it less sentimental. Of course it's my opinion and you don't have to agree with it..

Billy Joel normally does his own stuff and compositions. What a beautifully simple song this is, recognised as such by him when he performed and recorded this Bob Dylan written song back in 1997, before Adele had left school!! I do like Adele and her talent, but just goes to show the "Expert" comments on this site by people who, having heard Adele sing this track, spread their superior knowledge and belief that the lovely Adele wrote it.
