i took pictures at El monte station between 4-5 p.m. at one point the security told me to stop what i'm doing
reason being is that company policy enforced in all paid areas of metrolink stations

Hmmm. Sometimes Metrolink and their security companies can be a pain in the ass. But if you take your Pictures at a Amtrak station they will allow it.
