    Don't pull your chin to the bar pull your tummy to it then fold your legs over the bar, did that help?

  • but we don't always have someone to help us though, I needed a tutorial on someone not helping, it's kinda the same but it helps me more.

  • i do gymnastics and the lil 6 year olds use the rolly bridge to climb a lil bit to get their chin up. so dang cute

  • @BittenByAPotato Make sure you face isn't too far away from the bar, I got closer and it helped a lot :)

  • i manage to do this few days ago.was doing quite smoothly now :D

  • to do one on your own, you have to have the strength to maintain your chin-up until your legs are up high enough to shift the balance of your weight over the bar, then that momentum will kick in to swing you over and up... at level 3 or 4 you will need to pull yourself up from a dead hang (arms fully extended) so it is vital you build up your upper body strength by doing chin-ups and pull-ups!

  • a pullover is required for level 2 girls

    and yes, you MUST be able to hold your chin to the bar continuously while you lift your hips up... the little boy in this video is not doing it correctly yet, because he is being assisted... this help allows him to drop his chin back down while his hips are being pushed up...

  • okk wht i do is i pull my hips to the bars fisrt then you can work on getting you chin to the bars..so like try to kick off the ground and pull ur hips to the bars and bring your body around.

  • Do chin ups! It helped my arm strength alot and i got my pullover:)

  • yea dont u need this for lk level 3 or something? i was looking online to see wat level i should go into and it sed u needed it for lk level 2 or 3.
