Happened to me something like that. In the third mission before Foris Fall (I forgot the name of the place, but it is a kind of bridge). The demon of ice, attacked me and I left the scene. I stopped outside the castle, in an infinite landscape. HAHA

After I passed through the gate and entered the arena of Bael!
