  • Sadism rules the hearts of God's children, for God created man in his image. As God sadistically rules over his flock, he observes the "foulness" in man's nature, the "horror" in man's will. A will that was granted by God, the sadistic ruler who covets submission and power. In my opinion Randy is talking not just about God, or about man or mankind, but about life in general. He is observing the cyclical nature of sadism in our world, and does a fantastic job provoking thought and feeling.

  • A great truthful song from a talented man.

  • Before I even bother reading the comments, I predict less than 1/3 have actually listened to and are commenting about the song.

  • @zjc92

I would guess the opposite of your guess.

However, I would like to turn you on to another version of this song that I jokingly call "sacrilegious Gospel" music. If you actually know the words to this song, the version I will reference is missing IMO a key word in the last of the verses. However, it is quite different, and backed by a full Gospel choir. Despite the missing word, you can feel the power of the Gospel version.

  • Everyone is fighting. It's silly. He has probably written a song this type of discussion. The truth is, we must remember this man is a Satirist. He writes satire. He's poking fun at the blame we give God and the search we spend our whole lives on. We assign all these good, bad, and indifferent things that mankind does in his search for "the God" as "God's Will." Bad things happen, it's God, good things it's God, nothing happens , it's God. That's why "I love mankind"

  • @GlenTheMighty21

I and a few million other people do NOT blame what you refer to as "god(s)" for anything, as the existence of the gods has never been shown to be any more convincing than the existence of a Tooth Fairy.

However, rather than use the presumption of an all inclusive "we", as you and so many others do (that presumes everyone believes in "gods"), it would be accurate to simply state that the song is a parody concerning people whom do put their faith in "god(s)"..

  • @yourtreat2 Yes, forgive me for not being exclusionary and precise in who I was directing this comment to. As a person who doesn't believe in "God or Gods" why do you feel the need to find flaws in what I said, unless it is your attempt to thrust your view of non-belief on my argument. Or Is it to elevate your beliefs above mine? (which you have no idea about) or is it to justify your own disbelief? I am just curious if this was for clarification or condemnation? This is why *I* love mankind. :)

  • @GlenTheMighty21 " why do you feel the need to find flaws in what I said," WHICH WAS:

"...He's poking fun at the blame we give God and the search we spend our whole lives on. We assign all these good, bad, and indifferent things that mankind does in his search for "the God" as "God's Will...."

As I said, the all inclusive presumptive "We" is incorrect. Moreover, it is an arrogant and offensive presumption in that it is all inclusive. CLEARLY, "We" i.e. ALL OF US, do NOT believe in any "gods".

  • @yourtreat2 Forgive my perceived arrogance and presumptuousness... I should have worded it more precisely. Perhaps it was just MY ignorance and not arrogance. I took for granted the ability of people to discern who is being spoken to. The "we" I was talking about was not inclusive of those who do not believe in "Gods or God". So please disregard the statement towards you, or anyone who holds your same views. This statement was reserved for those who believe in a higher power of some kind. :-)

  • @GlenTheMighty21 The fact that it took 2 posts for you to adnit to your own arrogance does not tell me that you were "ignorant". My first posted response CLEARLY stated:

"it would be accurate to simply state that the song is a parody concerning people whom do put their faith in "god(s)"."

Your arrogance is profound, as both of my responses were entirely clear and unbiased. Clearly, you still prefer to defend your bias, and arrogance,

  • more comments about religion than music, it's just a song folks.

    A good one though

  • @EndTimesNow2012 Don't give up yet, faith is all we have left

  • Comment removed

  • i love how each side of this argument are acting like children... grow up... thank you...

  • @LordPrkr If I go to a channel with Christian or Gospel music to argue that the music is bullshit as is the existence of god(s), what kind of responses would you expect I would get?

If someone wants to spew their religious BS about gods, they're going to get a response here too.

    Grow up, yourself..

  • @yourtreat2 if you read carefully you will notice that i being an impartial observer noticed the childlike behaviour of both sides. note that i am not taking a side and realize there are more important things to bicker about... i personally like the phrasing of the song and the melody p.s. i love you too

  • listen to mercyme grace tells another story,

there will be a day jeremy camp.

    we cannot explain

  • @yourtreat2 whatever. I soooo don't care.

but ONE THING: just don't talk to me about logic... I've heard shit like your pink unicorn and stuff... it's not logic, you see... some people have good logic and some don't. so... you don't. it' shit. not logic

oh, no, I'm stupid, you doooo have great logic, you're smart and educated, what was I thinking?!!... hahahha enjoy your logics!

btw. it's really interesting how atheists are much more obsessed with god, church and that stuff than anybody... O.o

  • @SandraOmnia

I'm going to go on putting my faith in an invisible blue monkey that just took a dump on your head, until you can show a just a shred of empirical evidence of your moronic claim that god(s) exist.

Try sticking to Christian music. You can't deal with anything that points out that the burden of proof of your claim rests upon your shoulders to prove, not on others to disprove (any moronic claim you make).

  • @youtreat2 actually.. God does exist you idiot.. So continue in your sin and miserable existence, haha...

  • There's a hard hitting blues version of this song performed by Etta James, here:

    watch?v=sKfxqWgGRBQ

I enjoy blues more than any other music, BUT because of the tempo that Randy decided to play this song, it gives a chance for the listener to truly absorb the words, and not simply hear them without any real comprehension and thought at the same time. For that reason, I prefer Randy's version.

Still. I recommend at least hearing the Etta James version.

  • Glad to put a wrench up you ass. YT.

  • @yourtreat ur right, its impossable to be a loner and constantly remind yourself there is a God... But the rain and sun are our true lifesavers..

  • Anyone who says God doesn't exit.. They don't exist...

  • @masteroflife777 You claim god(s) exist. Then the burden of proof is on your shoulders, not mine. I say your brain doesn't exist. .

  • Newman needs god..

  • @masteroflife777 No more than Einstein did, and he was an Atheist. Bugger off.

  • I'm a Christian but man I love this song and I love Randy Newman and I'm only 18 years old, I think for myself and I don't push anything on anybody (except good taste in music) so like Randy has said before "Laugh and Be Happy".

  • @zjadam01 "I'm a Christian but man I love this song and I love Randy Newman"

Well, I'm an Atheist and I love Gospel, Aretha Franklin, and this song, too. I love blues, and there's no getting away from lyrics mention "Lawd". That's not the point. I'm into what strikes me as good music. This song just happens to uniquely "rip" "gods". To those that can't deal with that, I recommend y'all piss off.

  • @yourtreat2 Exactly! music is all about how it hits ya and luckily theres no pain, I love all types of music even jazz and blues hell even bluegrass, Randy Newman amongst a lot of other artist express themselves and have an impact on the listeners in a positive or negative way. I agree with ya fully man, I can listen to John Lennon rip God or anything all day and not even care cuz its great music! Keep on living man and enjoy the music its what keeps most of us sane

  • There's wisdom in the teachings of Jesus, no doubt... Turn the other cheek, love your fellow man, etc... It's a shame people look upon them as dogma instead of what they are -- really good advice and philosophy. If they were taught as such, without all of the indoctrination, the world would be a better place.

  • @Hearsticles There's wisdom in the teachings of Science. That's what you're missing.

Atheism doesn't suggest we're gonna go out and kill your ass. (You best be worried about the religious suicide bomber or sniper here and there, not the Atheists.)

  • lol, not the GOD debate again........im a polyatheist, there are many gods i dont believe in !

  • @claret1970 "polyatheist"

That's inventive. Atheist covers it all for me, despite what Webster wrote. lol

  • This guy is awesome! I love him!

  • I <3 RANDY NEWMAN!!!

  • One day, I hope Randy gets the massive recognition he deserves.

  • @MoonOfNeptune He does.

He's made "You've got a friend in me"!!!

  • @MoonOfNeptune He gets it from me! :-)

  • wow this was incredible... just wow

  • And I thought Newman's song was simplistic! At least he put some thought into his dark view of God as a sadist. I respect people who make the choice to believe in God or not to believe in God. You don't believe, and people who do must be "nutcases" or "less intelligent"... now THAT'S simplistic.

  • @danelow33 " I respect people who make the choice to believe in God "

    /watch?v=qS053GRRlzU

  • Love Love Love it!

  • @danelow33 asshole

  • @BillbuddyD88 You apparently disagree with my comment, but are unable to provide an intelligent explanation. So, you've resorted to the only option for those with no argument: name-calling. Better to remain silent and be thought a fool, than to speak and remove all doubt.

  • @danelow33 sick abe quote dude, dem books be treatin' ye gud

  • @danelow33 This is unlike Ayn Rand, who lets her work compromise her ideology.

  • @juleswatt I have only cursory knowledge of Ayn Rand, her work and her ideology (though I'd like to learn more), so I can't agree or disagree with you, but I could definitely see how one's work could compromise his ideology. I appreciate your comment.

  • @danelow33 Simplistic? Beliveing in god is simplistic. Anybody who believes in bible, or any other holy book, word for word is a nutcase and anybody who doesn't is just interpreting it their own way and the books are pointless. Religion is for the less intelligent masse, who can only grasp a simplistic view of the world.

  • @danelow33 I think you're not only wrong but that Randy went way too easy on god here. There is not a shred of evidence to suggest god is even a real thing at all, and the only stories claimed to be of and about him suggest he is a childish racist slave owning misogynistic son of a bitch.

We need to be more vocal, more angry when expressing our opinions on the god superstition. If you aren't one of the voices against this cult, you're one of the monsters yourself or at least a silent supporter.

  • @AMpufnstuf You're pretty angry about Someone who supposedly doesn't exist. Chill out... I believe in God, but no one's forcing you to believe. Work on your own character, rather than worrying about the beliefs of others.

  • @danelow33 Not angry about the fairy tale, but angry that people pretend there is fact to back it up, and people that live as if it were true. This leads to more violence and hatred in the world, and less respect for truth and learning. If you can't see a problem with this, or with all of the horrible things encouraged in the bible that are being committed every day, then you're a pretty shitty bag of garbage.

  • @AMpufnstuf I'll let your own words stand as a judge of your character and heart.

  • @danelow33 Which words are those? Here are a bunch of opinions I have that are contrary to your bible and religion.

I think all people should be treated equally, I think all wars should be avoided, I think that women are our equals and not our servants, I think their vote is worth that of a mans and not half as the bible suggests.

I think slavery is immoral and disgusting, I think that being servile is pathetic and sad. I think all humans are responsible for their own actions.

    Judge me on it

  • @AMpufnstuf Words like "then you're a pretty shitty bag of garbage." You can have ideas of how the world should be, but when you treat people you don't even know like that, you're part of the problem, not the solution.

I agree with everything you've said in your 2nd and 3rd paragraphs, and the Bible does too. I don't know where you've picked up the idea that the Bible is contrary to those views, but I'd encourage you to go to the source and and read it. Luke is a good place to start.

  • @danelow33 I was "raised christian" and read the bible. Leviticus commands all gays be murdered. Judges encourages rape and murder if you're on "gods side". Christ lied countless times, including the book of Matthew. Leviticus and Exodus both encourage slavery.

The summary of the entire new testament is this: God is perfect, and we are his beloved children created in his image. But if he didn't kill his own son, and force us to accept and "drink the blood", he'd have to burn us all in hell...

  • @AMpufnstuf @AMpufnstuf Perhaps it's time to go back and read the Bible again... most of what you list is not true. At the risk of having you supply a hodge podge of verses out of context, I'd like to know specifically (chapter and verse) where each of those things is mentioned. God didn't "kill his own Son", He doesn't "force us to accept and drink the blood", Christ never lied... anyone who's even casually read one of the gospels knows better than that, and I suspect you do too.

  • @AMpufnstuf Based on what you've written and the manner in which you've written it, it's pretty clear your opposition is based on emotion rather than intellect. Perhaps you were raised in a church that was legalistic or abusive, or you were around people who professed to be Christians but said and did horrible things, etc. The real issue is with the people, but I understand how it would be easy to lump in the Bible and God... it was obviously a bad experience for you.

  • @danelow33 Leviticus 20:13. Judges 21:20. Numbers 31:7. Deuteronomy 17:12. Exodus 22:17. Exodus 21:15. Leviticus 21:9. 2 Chronicles 15:12. Exodus 21:2. Deuteronomy 13:13.

Fuck off, you're the liar and the defendant of immorality, I've read the stupid book and I don't see any reason to respect the stories or the people who wrote and REWROTE them. They're full of errors, lies, and historical untruths.

And the god who supposedly governs all, we have no reason to believe even exists.

  • @AMpufnstuf "And the god who supposedly governs all, we have no reason to believe even exists."

More importantly, they've not supported their absurd claim that gods exist.

I say invisible pink unicorns exist.

The burden's on their shoulders to prove their claim, not yours. Forget it.

  • @danelow33 If you think your bible shows how to treat people, when it has a main character that wipes out mankind, has a vain need to be worshiped by all, requires people do idiotic shit liike sacrifice their son (just for vanity's sake). You definitely did not read ANY bible.

Buudy, the first thing you need to do is realize the burden of proof of your claim that god(s) exist is entirely on your shoulders, not on anyone else's. Logic does not require I disprove any absurd claim you make..

  • @yourtreat2 God is JUST, so He destroyed a sinful world in the time of Noah, but He is also MERCIFUL and sent his only Son to die in our place. If God were vain, He would FORCE everyone to worship Him. You are proof that isn't true... He allows you the freedom to reject Him.

I have no need to prove God's existence to you, nor do you have one to prove to me that God doesn't exist. The choice to believe or not believe is a personal one, and we each are accountable for the choices we make.

  • those were the days when i was proud that artists like Randy Newman played here in my hometown Rotterdam, now we're just suffering of stupid right-wing-muslim-xeno-fobia, and the only thing that defines my nationality these days is that i am ashamed to be dutch

  • Let the Art be. Randy Newman is an ATHEIST? is Randy's business not YouTubs.

Post or Don't but don't FRAME art for Artists. It does not make us artists it makes us FRAMERS.

  • @tillzen Don't listen, don't think, don't question, don't interpret, and don't understand.

I get your point. There's no point to "art" especially if it rips at god(s).

Christian music might be more to your way thinking what "art" is.

You don't need to "frame" it.. You don't need to think.

You know what it is, and it's not controversial, just as you think no art should be.

  • Another golden nail in God's coffin. Amen!

  • sounds like he is referring to wanting to seperate himself from GOD, such as Lucifer. GOD bless that beautiful song he just sang, thank GOD for the electrons orbiting every nucleaus in his body, just so he can question GOD, or question why he is so good at music..i like science and details, and of all my research it is selfish and illogical to diss GOD, and sucide tryign to seperate yourself from him, WHICH can never happen..

  • @ThleTruth ... What?

  • @gabe25591 jibberish

  • There are parts in here that sound melodically like Joel's New York State of Mind. I too wonder, like the other posters, if this whole footage is available somewhere...looks like a good concert.

  • This song is definitely about the lengths that people go to (belief in a supernatural being) in desperate times. The fact that he talks about different religions throughout, shows that he isn' talking about a god that he has, if he has any at all. The verse where he says "man means nothing..", is Newman's medium to show how insignificant we are in our world, yet some cling to hope & in a god to save us in desperate time, "I burn't down your cities, how blind you must be". Thats my take anyway

  • This is a great concert!! Where did you get all this footage? Can I buy it anywhere?

  • that's why I love randy newman

  • @shwingyshwing : Haha, great remark :-)

  • @shwingyshwing Haha, great remark! :-)

  • There is no need to ridicule anothers religion. If you convince someone to convert you do them no good. Faith is important but I hate when people argue about their beliefs. THEY ARE BELIEFS. Don't argue, listen and consider.

  • @gieco95 "There is no need to ridicule anothers religion"

I agree. Your claim that god(s) exist and formulation of what you call a "religion" around your absurd claim is ridiculous. There is no need to ridicule what is already ridiculous.

I claim invisible pink Unicorns exist, and they created everything.

  • "What came first the chicken or the egg?" Is that really a good question!? No a chain events of evolution and adaptation eventually lead to what we know and see now as a chicken....people use your dome.

  • @TheJonathanQuest "What came first the chicken or the egg?"

Sure as shit some moron claimed there are god(s), and nobody has ever shouldered the burden of proving that claim, instead they suggest logic demands others disprove it. Again, a display of supreme stupidity.

    I claim pink Unicorns exist.

  • Agh, such an underrated song. Might even be my favorite Newman song.

  • Randy Newman was such a revelation for me. He shows that songwriting is not limited to anything and that songs have the same potential to inspire thought as any other medium.

  • @tdhtv don't know why it's been removed, but well... still laughing... come on, I didn't see Him laughing, it was a j o k e. you know, that thing when.. well look at the dictionary. omg, --.--' I do not know what is he/she doing right now, as well as humans do not know a lot of thinks, in fact, we know (almost) nothing. to think that sth doesn't exist just cause you can't understand it is shallow. read Dostoevsky. "If Gos doesn't exist, than I am a God." he gets it. <3

  • @SandraOmnia I used to be a believer in God, which isn't a he or a she according to the bible. I stopped believing because I think only a human could be as cruel as to come up with the idea of hell. It's a perfect way to scare people into believing in their religion. No one knows if there is a God or Isn't, but the Old/New Testament does not convince me that Yahweh is real.

  • @tdhtv but u have to use he or she or it, you can't leave blank, right?

great, whatever... look at a church as God's fan club, and the Bible as great biography or sth like that... it's all just a work of admirers. ppl that were close, but nobody close enough... Bible is something that they created, I prefer to look at what God himself created and find him in those things.

  • @SandraOmnia Dostoevsky said "If God does not exist, everything is permitted." Well according to you and the Bible God gave us free will, so everything is permitted anyways but with a consequence from God. I, a moral human believe that everything is permitted as well, and the consequence is found in life. Every action has a reaction. I don't need to believe in a deity to know right from wrong. Example: I don't want to be raped so why should I rape.

  • @tdhtv glad to hear that. But Dost. says much more with that 1st quote, it not only about that... Yes the moral for me is sth that you just have or don't have. If you refer to ppl that say that bible can influence on someone's moral, I agree indeed, can not. You're born with that. Or without. So, for example, I don't see what this whole abortion thing has to do with a religion or something, it just a common sense. If one has good level of consciusness sees that it's simply a murder.

  • @SandraOmnia Daym. I thought my glasses were bad.

Your post is unintelligible, even with the abbreviations, e.g. "ppl".

  • @tdhtv yeah but some people cant get dates and need to have some release. some people are just asking for a good rapin regardless of whether or not they know it. god is a faggot. lets send his son home in a more interesting way next time he comes back.

  • @tdhtv Your approach to disproving that god(s0 exist defies logic. Logic does NOT demand you disprove any absurd claim that any moron makes. Moreover, using the Bible and the belief in god(s) erroneously legitimizes

    absurd and unproven claims.

You only need to know that logic demands that the burden of proof of any absurd claim does NOT rest upon your shoulders, AND THAT is the basis for a logical argument.

I believe pink Unicorns exist. Fuckin' stupid. Logic demands I prove my claim. Period.

  • @SandraOmnia " I prefer to look at what God himself created and find him in those things."

You claim god(s) exist and created everything.

The burden of proof is entirely upon your shoulders to prove it.

Logic does NOT demand that I have the burden of disproving ANY and EVERY claim you make.

Actually, pink Unicorns exist, and they created everything. If you think logic demands you disprove my claim of pink Unicorn gods existing and creating everything, you REALLY need an education.

  • @SandraOmnia " to think that sth doesn't exist just cause you can't understand it is shallow"

No, What is shallow is that you have absolutely no understanding of the precepts of logic.

You claim god(s) exist or may exist. The burden of proof EITHER WAY is entirely upon your shoulders.

I do NOT have to disprove ANY claim that you make. Absurd or not.

I claim pink Unicorns exist and only shallow people believe otherwise.

  • how can anyone argue with randy..can anyone tell me defifinitely what came frist..the chicken or the egg? Really? how did the EGG get there? No--it was the chicken? how did the chicken hatch if no egg was there ? LOL--See we dont know JACK after 5000 years....

  • @DavelovesRealMusic Considering other animals were using the egg before the chicken even existed it is pretty obvious that the egg came first.

  • @DavelovesRealMusic The egg came first. The chicken evolved from a reptilian species before it which laid eggs.

  • Ladies and gentleman! The prophet Randy Newman!

  • Newman is like a chameleon, started out as a liberal writing and shooting flames in all directions, making fabulously heretic music, but as his own song says, "it's money that I love" got him~! As a Disney-paid mule now, we won't be hearing him write anything but sappy ballads and tunes for animated fantasies, all politically correct deadman stuff. It's funny what TIME will do to many artists isn't it? Nevertheless I still think he's a great songwriter/performer of the 20th century.

  • This is a great song. This ole atheist thanks you for posting it!

  • is there anyone out there wiritng song as deep and interesting as this anymore? are all subjected to the trash of Disney pop on the radio and less than eloquent Hip Hop moguls....

  • Draw near to ME and I will draw near to you. James4;8

If you decide to look for GOD, you may look for YEARS.

If you decide that HE doesn't exhist, you will not find HIM unless HE

    reveals Himself to you.

    MY 'children' know MY voice.

    His children HAVE proof.

Be- willing to see, then SEEK.

  • believing in something on the grounds of its existence unable to be proven wrong is unarguable stupidity in it's finest form.

  • i LOVE this song! haven't listened to it in years. scofak - thanks for uploading it. :) pfff ... can't believe only 54,701 views. o_O

Rand's GREAT in person & on tour. check his website for dates. DON'T miss him live. you'll thank me later.

  • wtf i tried doing god song like in jackass 1 but this is what i get good song but fu*k

  • Amen

  • @jags1972

Except Randy is an Atheist. This is an anti-theism song.

  • @jacynm He knows that. Duh. It's an ironic joke.

  • @RaustBD

Sorry but it's hard to distinguish between a serious Theist and a sarcastic Atheist over the internet. My apologies.

  • @jacynm Not necessarily anti-theism. It could just as easily be interpreted as a theist struggling to understand evil in the world, crying out at God. That's what the song means to me.

  • @thehipi

Well, anything can be interpreted in a million ways. People say that no interpretation is a wrong interpretation, but there certainly is the intended interpretation. I do agree slightly with your interpretation, however, I think you can see randy's view of faithful theists in the lyrics. (confused at, sorry if it offends, what can only be described as stupidity) "We laugh up here in heaven, at the prayers you offer me" "I burn down your cities, how blind you must be".

  • "We are all athiests, I just believe in one less god than you-Unknown Genius.

  • @mrzeegrr genius??? :/ it could work only as some joke. come on, hahaha. it's like (and I'm NOT comparing it) : "we are all orphans, I just have one mother and one father less than you" other person HAS parents that makes him NOT orphan. --.--'

  • @SandraOmnia you have angerd Zues! Woe is you.

  • @SandraOmnia Way to miss the point. The fact is, there is no god. None. Not Zues,Not Odin, Not the great JuJu up the Mountain. The greatest proof is the fool who believes in a make believe all-powerfull buddy in the sky. Please also note that more people have been killed in the name of god than anything else. Ever.

  • @mrzeegrr but do you ever think why they were killed in the name of God hmmm

  • @animewolf78 Because the delusional idiots who worship a make-believe man in the sky are nuts.

  • @animewolf78 because god's followers are insane? Yes,that's why.

  • @mrzeegrr "Way to miss the point. The fact is, there is no god."

    No YOU missed the point.

The burden of proving ANY absurd claim is NOT upon your shoulders. The burden rests upon those that made the claim. Simple logic. Your argument is erroneous.

"The greatest proof" is that those that have made the claim have not shouldered the burden of supporting that claim.

Revise your approach and you logic, AND DO NOT MAKE CLAIMS, unless you have scientific evidence or absolute proof. Which U don't.

  • @mrzeegrr

Richard Dawkins has been known to say this many times. "We are all atheists, some of us just go one god further".

  • @jacynm Thank you.

  • At first, I was going ask what you guys are smoking who say that this guy is good or great, but now I realize he it's because he sings Christian songs.

  • Comment removed

  • I agree with malawoot. And just read Job, as Astrapsody stated. If anything, its more of a trust that everything works out in the end. I think if anythning, it reflects nothing of Newman, as he always writes from some one elses perspective. However, Any one can feel this way with enough misfortune. Really, Its not only a stab to harcore christians, but any harcore follower of any religion. But keep in mind these were all Old testament references, so he may be writing from Moses perspective...hm.

  • Randy tells it like it is.

  • this song gives me the shivers, excellent

  • If you guys are having any difficulty understanding this song at all, just read the book of Job in the Bible. It's ridiculous.

  • I would just like to point out that this song is actually a criticism of the "religious", not the religion.

  • He's talking about nobody's god I know....?

  • I love RN!!

  • very poinient i like it alot.......

  • This must be the theme song of humanism today. This is a sorry depiction of God. The sad part is that this mythological, Catholic take on God is sweeping the world because it gets good press and air-time thanks to the "enlightened ones" of this era. The true God of the Bible emptied all heaven, holding nothing back to come and rescue this one lost sheep of a planet; we are worth His own life. Let's hear Mr. Newman do a song about Revelation 21 & 22, the King is on His way! John 14:1-3.

  • @saryb4me

He did? I thought it was just some schizophrenic delusional retard named John who wrote Revelations in a cave. But apparently he's already here! And of course its a sorry depiction of God, 'cause he ain't even there.

  • @fudgeisg00d

    Isaiah 29:16 (ESV)

You turn things upside down! Shall the potter be regarded as the clay, that the thing made should say of its maker, “He did not make me”; or the thing formed say of him who formed it, “He has no understanding”?

    Psalm 14:1 (ESV)

The fool says in his heart, “There is no God.”

    Proverbs 1:22 (ESV)

“How long, O simple ones, will you love being simple? How long will scoffers delight in their scoffing and fools hate knowledge?

  • @saryb4me - lol its helarious when christians debate non christians by using bible verses. thats like a muslim reading you the quran would that make you any less christian? you have to debate them on their terms moron

  • @ElijahDTF

So, you have to become a fool to reason with a fool. That sounds like being a drunk to help an alcy. A little moron and a big moron where on a cliff. Who didn't fall off? The one that was a little more-on. Brilliant deduction my friend. Your reasoning astounds me. You must use error to reason for truth. Reasoning for truth using the basis for all truth would be moronic. Koko the gorilla learned sign language, the trainers did not learn gorilla-speak. If Koko can do it so can a fool.

  • @saryb4me AMEN

  • @saryb4me - wow you are the "fool" you read so much bible that youre starting to SOUND like the bible... what i was saying is you need to be more open minded. you obviously wouldnt believe me if i said "darwin says evolution is right so you should believe it too" i would tell you all the evidence backing evolution up. you just go and throw a bunch of verses in peoples faces and act as if thats going to prove anything. fucking brain dead sheep

  • @ElijahDTF its really none of my buisness, but im a slightly more open minded individual of faith. Truth is, we hate evolution, not becouse we think its untrue, but becouse you guys sit on it like a pedistool of there moral and mental standings. I dont know what i believe, but why cant evolution describe the how and not the why? Not trying to slander you, but i think everyone has been in a argument about this over the internet. Its really a stupid thing to argue about.

  • @xsonz2 I'm an atheist biologist but right now I side with you over any of these people, religious or not.

  • @Spideycow25 Good to see that not all atheists are anti-social, egotistic pessimists. Im quite fond of astronomy, but I also find bio-mechanics very interesting.

  • @xsonz2 atheists are anti-social egotistic pessimists? Wow. You are kinda an ass.

  • @wafflesid lolz

  • @wafflesid yeh he is right atheists are also LOST ! so Wow am kinda an ass too :D

  • @Dilmar What do you mean atheists are lost? I don't believe that there is some cosmic Jewish zombie who lived 2,000 years ago, but the Bible says there was. I don't believe that there are trolls and elves walking around, but the Lord of the Rings Series says there are. See? Atheists have SCIENCE to back themselves up, and are often the most RIGHTEOUS people, contrary to what religions say, because atheists do stuff just because it is human to be good, not because of some threats of Hell.

  • @EinsteinxtremeRoblox yeh your LOST ! and what do you mean atheists have SCIENCE ? SCIENCE is nothing but illusion in atheists eyes ! and yeh I beleave in everything but trolls ! so we both dont beleave in trolls and thats good :) anyways you dont have to tell me about your beliefs just tell me you dont beleave in GOD and I will know the rest cuz this is main problem and this is why your LOST

  • @Dilmar Excuse me, but take a look around, Dilmar. Atheists LOVE science, and I really do not know where you are getting this information from. The Bible carries phrases supporting slavery and injustice to average people. Plus, Jesus contradicted himself many times. Look it up yourself. Please stop replying to me until you actually know what you are talking about. Why should I trust someone who can barely spell, anyway?

  • @EinsteinxtremeRoblox wait wait we muslims beleave in the holy bible but we also beleave that its distorted so the last testament is the holy quran and this is our perfect book if you want to ask me something about it your welcome ;)

  • @Dilmar And I will respect your beliefs. Please know that it is okay to be whatever you want. In fact, it is GREAT, and promotes good things from people if they are scared into believing a Heaven and Hell.
