Remember...(although this sounds silly) make sure you work your biceps and triceps during your workout to get ready for the season. You use those groups of muscles for pushing up from the ground every time you sit or fall down. After a day of snowboarding...that may be the most sore part of your body! Especially for first timers who are taking lessons (they have you sit down and stand up ALOT which is what makes the first day the hardest) also working your pecs a little is an added bonus
hahahah. The getting up part of the video was a joke to me. LOL WTF!!! I went snowboarding for the 1st time last year. My legs got pretty tired, but just suck it up. The faster you go the less strain you'll put on your legs. The less tired you'll get. And when you crash just pop up real quick, keep the flow & rhythm going.
this is the gayist video I have ever seen. this guy has no clue. Beginners, write this note down: this guy is making it seem more challenging and more complicated then it needs to be. He only does these exercises becuase he is weak and cant even pull him self up when on the snow. My tips will be, like one of the comments were below: do one run and you are warmed up and ready to go. Oh, and have a good breakfast. Snowboarding is fun and not a chore like this guy is making it.
wow this is gay. theres no point in doing these. this guy has probably only been snowboaring once and got pissed cuz it hurt too bad. even though if u just ride like one run ur warmed up. beginners. dont do this. its pointless. just a waste of time. just dont be a pussy and u'll be fine
mind telling me what purpose EXERCISING ur muscles will do for snowoarding? weve been walking on the things for how many years now , im sure they can handle it.. maybe a bit sore after.. this helps first time snowboarders in no way going out there and DOING IT does
Hahahaahahahahaha all though I agree with you, you def use those muscles, have you ever been snowboarding, because you were either tryign to be funny in the video saying like, "Belive me I knwo", or you were just mad tired which i guess it could have been that to, noobs watch this vid it will HELP!!!
These exercises may look silly, but sure are helpful. When I started, I strained my wrists and exhausted my calf muscles, this is exactly what I needed.
check out my most recent video, it's pretty funny
