Derp, Xylophone's, not marimbas, Marimbas keys get bigger near the end, and the resonators typically almost touch the floor. Someone said this was a vibraphone? Derp, no, Vibraphones also get bigger near the lower registrar, but have a sustain/damper pedal on them. The reason these keys look metalish is beacuse they're synthetic keys derp.

Lol, their neither Marimba nor Vibraphones. They're XYLOPHONES. Like, as the title says. >_> Marimbas have much wider range and the keys vary in width at the lower registers. The Vibraphone is made of metal, not wood, and has mechanical parts that actually create the vibrato effects, as well as a damper pedal.

A: A vibraphone's keys are all laid out in one row, this one has two rows of keys.

B: A vibraphone has a sustain pedal, this does not.
