@djsuess2007 I agree. How can you ride a motorcycle, then? They don't want to ban motorcycles because it brings in tax dollars. It is just government testing the waters, and seeing what ways they can milk money from society.

Also, it is a way for cops to pull you over for any reason. The town where I got a seat belt ticket was stepping up citations for such a violation over Labor Day weekend. They are proud of such things.

Our one sided corporate media hardly mentions about anyone opposing this unconstitutional lawexcept for one woman who couldn't get anything out her purse, pocket etc which makes her"view" look bad.

In the 1960s - 1980s we used to have a lot more freedom than we do now and I'm not going to lie to younger people and say most people back then wore their seat belts but only about 20% of them did.

Keep fighting this law New Hampshire and I hope the ACLU takes this law to the courts!

This law will not save anymore lives, its just another reason for a cop to pull you over to ask for "your papers please". If the cop is wrong, does he have to pay you $25?

@Oofdah Can't the Police Departments just hold a bake sale like everyone else when they need money? Why is it legal to ride a motorcycle but illegal to not wear a seatbelt? Why turn the police into a public harassment which is what it is.
