i ski jump and its not as bad as you might think. u start small at 10m. jumps, then, 20m. then 25, 30, 40, 48, 65, 70, 75, whole bunch of different kinds, but then 90m. which is the hill in the video and olympics which is 120m. then the biggest in the world.........................­................. 215m!!!!!!! but ususally once you do the jump for the first time u wanna keep doing it

First off its not actual grass its artificial turf, and they use it because where they train there is no snow. This turf has the relativly same resistance against the skiis as snow. If they came to Canada they could train on the real deal ;) just saying :D
