You can't hear this through regular small speakers. The frequency is so low. You'll hear this if you wear headphones, well unless your hearing is bad.
so i'm liseneting to this, plus Confide's CD RECOVERY!!! and i say its an amazing experience!! i feel a bit numb in the legs and my jaw muscles are some what relaxed as well lol
just listened to delta theta alpha beta and gamma at once for a whole hour and i feel like blowing my brains out i feel like im in a dream and i can run a million miles an hour in that dream but i know im awake and my brains puslating a 10/10 for pain migraine. dare someone else to try this shit FOR A WHOLE FUCKING HOUR MAN!!!!!!
Im confused.Only started listening to binaural sounds recently. As far as I understand the idea of binaural beats is that slightly different freq's are played into each ear,the interference pattern they create leading to the "pulsing" sound. Thing is tho if I listen using only 1 earphone I can still hear the pulsing. When i use a signal generator to make two diff freq's I only get pulsig effect with both earphones in.Can you explain this?Thankyou for taking the time to make this vid :)
@MrTheremister I'm not sure, but a different frequency/note is being played into each of my ears. Thus making a pulsing effect only when I have both earphones in. Maybe it is your earphones?

I'm usually extremely skeptical of stuff like this, but honestly it seems to work, I can't say it doesn't.. for me at least. I'm surprised at how focused I'm able to be when I work with beta waves playing and I've been using theta to sleep and that seems to work too. I can't say it's not the placebo affect, but I don't really care if it keeps working like this :D
@priAaron Nope, it's not the placebo affect. I've been using a Theta brain-wave entrainment CD from Holosync for over 4 years once a day. I use it is because when severe chronic pain that I've had for 11 years is at a 9 out of 10 on the pain scale, 30 minutes of theta brings the pain down to a 1. When pain is that intense and 30 minutes of listening can stop it in it's tracks for the last 4 years without fail, than I know it's for real.
Wait, I thought that you were suppost to listen to this while meditating??? I read the comments and people say they are listening to it while doing other stuff.
I have been listening this 2,3 hours a day for couple of days and I think this works. I do listen this every time when I am working on my project (Programming).
this is regarding the WARNING section, your saying if you have high levals of beta waves it could have the opposite effect. how can you tell if you have high or low beta or any other kind of brain waves? and how to tell if it is causeing the opposite effect cause i have all the symptoms already, just not that much.
@sleepingpices1 It's mental... try being in the Now and just listen. Think "it is as it is" and focus your full attention on the Now. Try even saying it out loud, or in your head... "focus on the now..."
@sleepingpices1 Unless you have access to an EEG machine to show you what your brain waves are doing I don't think there's a way to really know for sure. You have to experiment. That's why it's a good idea to listen to it for maybe 10 minutes a day for a week and notice how you feel afterwards, maybe make notes. I know it's frustrating not to go all out and listen to them for hours at a time. But this is not a good idea. Sometimes too much of even a good thing can turn into a bad thing.
OMFG!!!!!! ive listened to a bunch of binaural beats before, I though awe wtf i gotta do some home work and shit i may as well put some music on in the back round of this stuff. so i pulled up itunes put on some armin van buuren- a state of trace and HOLY FUCKING SHIT!!! that was a whole different experience !!! O,O
one time while i was listening to binaural beats I started to hear what sounded like a heart beat. I put my hand over my chest and it wasn't my actual heart, I think was hearing something else. has anyone ever had an experience like that? if so do you know what it was? Also I remember hearing sounds, not the whooshing sounds you hear after you take off your head phones but I think it was...singing. Can anybody explain this? Does it have something to do with my astral body??
@starlo3 Omg! me too i am having exact feeling right as I am typing this..personally i think the ``heart`` is the vibration of the astral body...the heart beat that im feeling is the exact same frequency of my vibration XD hope i helped..i strongly think its the vibration and opening of the pineal gland
Great advice in the write up- Q. does isochronic brainwave entrainment have a permanent effect on the production of that certain wave- and when stopping can the brain overcompensate by decreasing levels of activity produced naturally to balance the natural physiology of that individual brain?
@scott7even I'm not entirely sure but as far as I know binaurals and isochronics are simply tools to give ones brain a boost. They shouldn't have any effect on the brain other than oiling it's hinges, so to speak, so that it makes for easier transition and help to train the brain to go into states on command. (Continued...)
@scott7even (...Continued) As for your brain decreasing or increasing waves produced: Your brain produces waves in response to things you are going through or witnessing. Say you see something frightening, your brain will go into either beta or gamma to focus more on the fight or flight principal. Decreased levels or brain activity are normal when going to sleep, for your brain shuts off all but what's necessary to focus on healing and refreshing the body. There should be no permanent effect.
@scott7even In essence: It's the cause and effect principal. You go through something and your brain puts itself to the most fitting activity level, be it at high alert (gamma) or be it when you are sleeping (delta). These beats, wether iso or binaural, are just something to kickstart your brain into recognizing and working in the various stages of brain activity. The brain also would not overcompensate, it would simply learn how to function in those stages and waves more readily.
@FreeL0ad3r The one that would give you the most "High" sensation would be either Alpha or Theta. You can't really get high though. These waves are made to stimulate your brain into producing the same wave as is in the titles. When you're most focused your brain is functioning in Gamma and when your brain is at it's most restful - sleeping- you're in Delta. I've never been high before but the one that makes me feel light and woozy headed is the Alpha Binaural Beat.
@Keezree Thanks :) however i didn't think of doing this if i'd get high, so, i might try it out :) shall i for example put a headset and lie on my bed and concentrate?
