  • LOL @ Roger Moore. I really could never buy him as Bond, he's too foppish and high class looking. And his accent is all wrong, too soft and delicate compared to the gruffness of Sean Connery.

  • The Living Daylights is WAY underrated!

  • Craig might not be the prettiest BOND there is...but, he's the ONLY one i believe could really kick the bad guys' arses. well, him and Sean Connery.

come on, now...be honest, can you actually SEE the likes of Brosnan, Moore, Lazenby or even Dalton do some damage or even have the guts to tell someone off...?? nope. thank you.

  • We are now approaching 50 years...

  • best BOND:CRAIG'S body ,BROSNAN'S head and DALTON'S voice.you can put ,if you like,CONNNERY'S beard...whoops! I FORGOT Moore.forget it...

  • 3:14 Jeeez, Dalton is beyond handsome and sexy. And in every interview I've seen, the intelligence, warmth and humor really shows. I love hearing him say "dickhead"!

  • Am I the only one that thinks Craig sucks?

  • @tastybrownies looks like it.

  • @tastybrownies I wasn't too fond of Craig as Bond either

  • @tastybrownies No, a few million more do too.

  • @tastybrownies No, I agree with you. Daniel Craig sucks. I hope the next Bond will be someone with more charisma (personally I'd like to see either Richard Armitage or John Simm).

  • Lazenby is criminally underrated in "On her majesty's secret service", it is one of my favorites.

  • @tastybrownies a damn good Bond movie...Lazenby was too tall and lanky for the role and he had absolutely no charisma.

  • IMO I think each...era has it's own favorite bond. The people that grew up watching MAINLY Connery(or where introduced with him as bond) will think he is the best for obvious reason. The people that grew Up with Moore will think that too. PERSONALLY for me I grew up more with Brosnan and Craig but my favories are Moore,Dalton,Connery/Brosnan Simply because those where the bond movies I was first introduced too.

  • To me, Connery's the best, only because when I read the books, I imagined someone that resembled him as Bond. Plus, he's a pretty damn good actor!

  • It's tough to say which Bond is best, because you're either just stating the obvious or going with the film with the Bond actor you like best. Connery set the standard. As a Bond FILM, OHMSS, Live and Let Die, Goldeneye, dare I say Casino Royale and From Russia with Love are probably the best in no particular order.

  • I always wonder what sort of movie View to a Kill might have been had Dalton played Bond. By that time, Roger Moore was an old goat and the action sequences as a result were ridiculous. As well, the thematic nature of the movie was a bit more gritty than previous Bonds and it's a shame they ended up wasting one of the best Bond villains, Christopher Walken on such a dud of a movie and an over the hill Bond.

  • goldfinger was the best

  • I still remember the first time I saw the parachute opening in the spy who loved me.. I grew up with Roger Moore and I still admire him for his style and easy charm.

  • Daniel craig is very serious and more realisit bond

  • Yes he is!

  • I don't know about the rest you, but I think Timothy Dalton was a fantastic James Bond.

  • I hear that all the time and cant understand why people really believe

    that.Wants your reason!

  • The things that Daniel Craig gets praised for, he originated. He was a conflicted and emotionally driven Bond and brought an intensity to the role. And after more than a decade of the cheesy Roger Moore films, that's a good thing.

  • @desotowrong Na I did'nt say anything about Craig and moore.I was saying

    want you said about dalton.

  • That's what I'm saying, Timothy Dalton was the first totally serious Bond that had conflicted feelings towards his job and was willing to disobey orders completely and blatantly. He was dark and moody and unpredictable, especially seeing the things he did in his second outing. each Bond actor is different, but I think Timothy Dalton was really great, I liked seeing a rebellious and moody Bond that was also very sensitive. Not everyone likes his portrayal and that's fine too.

  • @desotowrong Will I did'nt see that at all.

I have watch LTK and TLD so many times

and want you just said I did'nt see.But

I did see that in CR though. The thing is,

is dalton tryed to play it like that and failed.

  • @desotowrong I dont know want you saw in him but to me the guy sucked.Him doing two movies explain it anyway. And

you right everyone that plays bond plays

them in there own ways.He tryed to play

it like that and did'nt come through.

  • @desotowrong I dont know want great is to you but, great to me is different from

    you.Connery,Moore,brosnan and Craig

    are great.THEY HAVE REAL DANGER.If

you dont have that then you wont be doing

    anymore movies.

  • True, Daniel Craig perfected the darker Bond. The only Bond actor who was hit and miss was Roger Moore, I don't dislike his Bond but he wasn't the best. Sean Connery disliked Dalton's portrayal too. Connery was a class act, even in the crummy Diamonds Are Forever and Pierce Brosnan wonderfully embodied elements of previous actors, I just watched Goldeneye with my dad, mostly because of your video. Lots of Bonds to choose from, including the overlooked George Lazenby.

  • Dalton is criminally Underrated, the guy was just intense, especially in licence to kill which he shows what happens if you get on bonds bad side.

  • @CRITTERBUSTERS Personally he's my favourite after Connery and Craig, but a lot of people don't like he lack of interest in the ladies. He, like Craig, played a "realistic" Bond, and it seems the fans prefer a comic book character come to life a la Brosnan and Moore.

  • I totally Agree, and you're thought on dalton being in a view to a kill is interesting because I really think it would've been a far better film, I think Dalton would've done great.

  • Daniel Craig is good as bond but his movies are so fast paced and the camera moves every second, its annoying

  • it would of been nice if Dalton did 3 instead of 2

  • That was his fault. He was'nt special enough.

  • No That was Ted turner's fault dalton is amzing.

    Craig though is the best

  • No it was his fault. He played Bond not

    Ted Turner!

  • ted turner Stole the tv rights of bond and causeda law suit which lasted till 94 and Daniel Craig is the best bond

  • I did'nt say anything about craig has bond

I dont know why you keep telling me that.

  • But want happen was from want dalton said, they were told dalton did'nt want

to do bond anymore because after LTK.

It took to long for him to keep going. Will

want I think happen was he just was'nt good enough.Cause if he was he would

    have done Goldeneye.

  • And craig is a awsome bond. He's not the best though. Not yet It's to early to tell. He's

only did 2 so for and will from want I heard

    will be doing 2 more.

  • dream on

  • what do u mean dream on?

  • Why didn't people like License to Kill? It was a very good bond film.

  • Because Dalton was'nt interesting enough.the living daylights was one of

the best bond movies I have ever

    seen.But dalton was'nt good enough.

  • damn I had NO IDEA they actually recorded that crocodile scene with live crocodiles. Silly me I actually thought they made it with some sort of dummies.

  • Great documentary, really interesting. Live and Let Die is currently on TV now, jsut saw the crocodile scene :D Roger Moore is a living legend. Dalton was a decent Bond too.

  • By doing two bond movies makes him a decent bond?

  • Dalton looks like Bruce Dickinson when he laughs :P

  • I really love watch 30 years of james bond 1992. I can remember when i first saw this in 1992. It was Classic, i saw on Saturday 3rd October 1992 & then taped it. I saw on Friday as well in 1992. I want this on DVD! i was 11 yrs old in 1992. Leon Shackleford!

  • what an annoying comment lol

  • Thanx for posting this, alterdes; I actually saw this on LWTV when it was originally broadcast. 5 STARS!!!

  • So do I >3

  • i love james bond <3

  • It's a shame lasers don't work. This is possibly the most unrealistic thing in a Bond movie... I mean... real lasers burn whatever it is projecting them... they're made of light and so they bend when they get really hot... they can't burn through metal at any range, ever... and if it could, Bond's legs would be burned to hell. But still, people don't watch films for realism. This is an amazing scene.

  • could someone include license to thrill documentary for james bond licing daylights 1987. great little documentary it was.

  • I remember seeing and recording this at the time. I was 8, already obsessed with Bond and it was pretty exciting to see this and The Living Daylights. I watched it over and over again!

  • although i think timothy dalton hadn't got the nonchalance and elegance of connery or moore, you got to respect him for his stunts and his tremendous activity in his films!

  • timothy dalton was really underrated

  • Cause he only did 2!

  • Lol. Dalton; absolute legend! Best Bond ever; forget about Connery, Moore, Lazenby, Bronson and Craig!

  • why do you lie ! Lazenby only did 1 film and he was better than Dalton!!! Connery is and will forever be Bond ! Myself and ever Bond fan would love to see him once more in a bond film, even as a retired 00 ... !

  • Timothy Dalton was a good James Bond

  • WHY?

  • @11iop I disagree!

  • @11iop IMO He was one of the best. Almost to a prototype for Daneil Craig.

  • @11iop Well if that was true he should have did more.

  • @11iop Timothy Dalton was James Bond.. he's the closest to Fleming's imagination.

  • You just said Dalton was better than Connery.

    What the eff?

  • Real Stunts, fantastic. Respect to Dalton for doing all his own and the croc walk but the best was the ski jump - respect!! I think the reason stunts sont get applauded in cinemas today is because we never really know if somebody is doing the stunt or not - or if its just digitally created. They never should have introduced digitally created stunts/scenes in movies.

  • There are benefits of course to digitally created/enhanced shots. What would Spiderman have been without them, for example?

  • Those kind of films are not real; they're just fantasy, and lend themselves completely to CGI. But the likes of Bond do not.

  • Maybe, but in their case that doesn't detract from their quality. Obviously Bond is a completely different kind of franchise.

  • i like

    1.pierce brosnan

    2.roger moore

    daniel craig sucks...

  • Roger Moore was way too old

    They should have renamed him

    James GoldBond

  • this was before goldeneye

  • I think that Lazenby and Dalton is the best

  • Moore is my favorite, but I love them all. They were all good in their own way.

  • I think Moore and Connery are the best

  • connery is the iconic bond we all think of, and also the closest interpretation to match that of flemming's character from the novels and short stories.

lazenby made an excellent replacement as he had the dry charm, was handsomely manly and sophisticated in the same way connery was. lazenby and connery are true interpretations of bond.

  • You don't think PB's personality was more like the novels? He was more dark like the books.

  • i dont know what the fuck hasablad is talking about timothy dalton was shite even as bad as george lazanby thats why they only did so few films

  • sean connery and roger moore were the best but sean was jealous of roger moores sucsess because sean said he definatly woundnt do another one after diamonds are forever but in the same year as octopussy and he was so desperate he decided to make an unoffical bond film and roger had a much harder job than sean because he couldnt do anything sean did

  • the best james bond is sean connery

    1 sean connery

    2 pierce brosnan

    3 roger moore

    4 timothy dalton

    5 george lazenby

    6 daniel craig

  • roger moore was too old and too ugly. he is actually 3 years older than sean connery. roger moore played bond when he was 58 and had botox injected in his face. roger moore is grandpa bond!

  • Moore and Connery's the best no doubt!

  • roger moore is the best

  • Lets face it people, all 6 Bond actors were unique and great in their own way. The good thing about all of them is that neither of them tried to immediate the other and that they all played Bond in their own way. There is no best or worse Bond. Connery is the best because he was the original? There was an actor called Barry Nelson who played Bond on TV before the first movie came out. Craig is too blonde to be Bond? Think again, Moore was 'accused' of being blonde when he got the part!

  • you. are. awesome.

    :D

  • so. are. you!!! :)

  • @MrDirector Immediate, like *Imitate*?

I'm all for what you said as well, all of the actors covered as many parts of the personality as they could and everyone added their own touch to it, so the best bond actor would be a mix of all of them i think, witch makes them all pretty equally good, all tough some people like one more than the other just like music bands or even the songs on an album. From a real bond fan.

    Cheers! =D

  • @MrDirector ::::: very true

  • Fuck Daniel Craig. That ugly shit should not be Bond.

  • Pierce Brossman is my favourite bond, he was in awesome movies.

  • Thanks for uploading this

  • sean connery is the real and the best james bond 007

  • yes connery was brilliant but he was the first top do it in movies...if roger moore as the first would peoplesay roger was the best? Roger was actually offered it before Connery but was tied to a contract with The Saint

  • I agree. Connery is the one and only Bond.

  • I would say that somebody that can't spell a simple word like 'shit' is an even bigger moron.

  • LOL. He dosnt know what shite is. LOL. Shitebag!

  • Dalton looks like a sex offender

  • connery and moore different but can't pick my favourite.both brought something different but they were the best

  • I agree about Moore, he made Bond look a bit of a perve. Bonds meant to have smoothness about him and be suave and sophisticated. But Moore just made him look cringy. I prefer Connery, Brosnan, Craig, Dalton, Lazenby THEN Moore

  • no were not - we like james bon so piss off.

  • WHY ARE YOU WATCHING THIS?!?!?

  • IMO it goes Connery, Craig, Brosnan, Lazenby, Dalton, Moore. No offense to Moore but he didn't exactly have the physicality I'd imagine a special agent would need.

  • you're a idiot IMO.

  • That would be 'an' idiot, and you can't fault someone for having an opinion, especially when I agree with it.

  • Dalton was great as Bond and should have done more - Moore was atrocious and did seven films

    too many.

  • u must be crazy daulton was horrible a moore had class was slick and u could see him doing being a spy daulton couldnt hold rogers jock strap

  • Read the novels, see the first 6 films, and get some time in.

  • daulton had the gensis game i loved, but he always looks like a bad guy.

  • You could see Moore be a spy? Most people could see him throwing a successful punch let alone being a spy. I liked him a lot as a bond, but he was more of an aristocratic play boy than a secret service spy.

  • Guess we won't see okonh0wp on YouTube then.

  • jaws is tha best bond villian ever:P

  • Hes a enforcer, not a villian.

  • hes so good people get confused!

  • yea, GO BOND GO

  • Thansk for sharing this.

  • Go bond go!!!
