It's not that quiet. Miele, LG, Siemens, Bosch have the quietist motors.

It is really quiet on the wash and rinse cycles. On the spin cycles it is quieter than a lot of other machines, although miele and LG are the quietest i've heard.

Yes it does only have 2 rinses and it doesn't have an extra rinse button. It rinses ok though.
