@Shin27ecstasy If you mean the joint itself just broke off the panel it was attached to, that exact same thing happened to me on my first Ironhide. The other two I've bought since then did not have that problem, but I'm terrified every time I transform it because it happened to me that once.

@jazz265 This figure is not good for stop motion. Buy recon ironhide instead. It´s the best movieverse ironhide this far. Leader class is good but it have many problems with articulation in the arms and legs.

Just got this guy today. I agree his shoulders are pretty strange, but overall I really like his aesthetic design. I got his along with Generations Junkheap, another figure that is seriously worth getting!

I think that in terms of action set versus detriment, the voyager is better. But, if you know about the issues with the leader and they don't sound too bad, then you'll be happy with the figure.

If you have the Cannon Force Ironhide, then don't get the regular voyager, they're the same figure in different color schemes. If you're a fan of movie Ironhide, and you're okay with the leader pricepoint, then you won't be disappointed by the leader. I said some harsh things about the leader in the comments on Peaugh's review, but I have really high expectations for a leader class figure. If you don't feel the same way I do, then you'll be thrilled with the figure.

Man, I've waited several months for my stores to get this DOTM Voyager Ironhide in stock. I was lucky I found him yesterday at my local K-Mart store but it was the only one they had on the shelf. But still no sight of DOTM Voyager Megatron anywhere in my stores.

i belive its bee said in other reveiw video's that all the DOTM transformers are smaller because of the inclusion of the mechtech weapons and dont get me wrong but they might be smaller but their robot modes are great!

Scout was the smallest in the ROTF toyline, now it's being replaced by the Cyberverse class. Depending on the Transformer model, they should be around 3-4 inches in height. Slightly smaller than your palm if you ask me. :)

For Size comparision,

Deluxe is about 6 inches, about the size of your palm.

Voyager's about 8,

And I think the Leader should be around 10. The Leader is the "highest" (And most expensive).

i just bought this guy and in my opinion he has a really good truck form hardly any kibble on the underside and a decent robot mode his head is a bit more accurate in size than the previous. but this guy is pretty awsome he was a pain to transform in to truck which is why i came back to watch again. it helped alot the rules are just confusing

I can't believe how TINY the DX Ironhide is! I mean, it's even smaller than Battle Blade Bumblebee. I'm not really feeling the look of the DotM Voyager one, though. But I may pick it up anyway just because the chest components lock into place nice and sturdy...then again, I'll wait for the lovely red Cannon Force version (and hope it doesn't have a crappy gimmick the way RotF's Cannon Bumblebee and DotM's Nitro Bumblebee both did).

i just picked him up a few hours ago along with barricade and he is great. his only flaws are that the way the chest is secured couldve been designed better because whenever you try to push the wheels in it comes undone, and they shouldve added another gun (non mechtech) all in all, an awesome figure
