  • you forgot the most vital instruction ''approach the bench''

  • guyz please reply to me as fast as possible, if i do bicep curls 100 times the correct way, would i grow big biceps?

plus when i do it like 150 times, every 25 i stop then my arms start hurting me

    please reply to me fast

  • @lol82490 wtf

  • @lol82490 in order to grow biceps you just need to work them. I'd say do no more then 3 exercise per workout. Lets say 1) biceps curls 3x8-10 2)hammer curls 3x8-10 3)Preacher curls 3x10-12 .. and do i once a week for a start not to overtrain them

  • @birdflyinrealhigh

    ty man

  • @lol82490100 reaps would define the muscle not build....if you want to build muscle, the rep range would be 6-8 w/ heavy weights.

  • excellent video. he was a little nervous and obviously practiced his speech before hand, but its to be expected if he isn't used to making vids, But its no bull sh*t and straight to the point. Great Job!

  • LOL. I know it's an instructional vid but you couild have used a heavier weight

  • keithkashflow

Then dont do them, do another excercise, this exercise uses more than one muscle group, if your other muscles cant handle it, then use lighter weights on this, and do benchpresses instead.

  • im in good shape but whenever i do them my arm start to hurt.... idk y ?????

  • at 0:19 it even sounds like "take a seat on a bitch"

  • @xunit94 I went to the gym and RODE THAT INCLINE BITCH!

  • @master: 7 or 9!! 12 or 15 is for big dudes!! trust me its hard !!

  • What is a good weight for a beginner to lift?

  • @MasterTenku 10-25lbs i started with 15s

  • you shouldn't extend your arms like he does. it puts alot of pressure on the bicep and bicep tendon. this can tear very easily when using heavy weights in a position such as this due to the stretch you also get.

you should keep your arms almost in the position of a press, parallel to the walls. watch how pros do flyes when using heavy weights.

  • PMSL!!!

  • Sounded like he said bitch.

  • @xunit94

    lol

  • If THATS what a Golds Gym looks like....then thats tight cause 24Hour Fitness in Antioch CA sucks the big one...as well as most others around here. Wimpy dirty broken equipment, trash on the floors....they suck.

  • ladies and gentlemen the first thing u wanna is take a seat on the Bitch.

  • i like it, you sound very military, one thing tho, im pretty weak, but i can do 15k flies,

when i see someone doing less then me i think pfft,

obviously you had a decent build so you of course can do more then what, 2k

    get at it son

  • @xunit94 haha take a seat on the bitch

  • take a seat on the bench

  • @xunit94 hahaha ya i heard it too

  • noob trainer..

  • @estevonba

    not really

  • @estevonba noob watcher.

  • wow..."take a seat on bench, keep feet firmly on ground, pick up dumbbell, lie on bench"

    cheers anyway, bro.

  • @xunit94 LOL

  • he is so hot, i wanna order u!

  • @Nederland111

    Me to! ;)

  • It also involves your biceps as well right?

  • around how long does it take to gain a fair amount of muscle mass if these workouts are carried out consistently three times a week?

  • @inexplicablefully im not sure if three times a week is the best choice for

gaining a lot of mass, maybe heavy weights and once a week is great with great nutrition, you wont see difference in less than 5 6 months

  • @JLchevz if i use USN amino stack supplements and other USN rapid muscle mass gain products each time i work out, about how long will it take for some visible results?

  • @inexplicablefully maybe some 2 to 3 months if you do the exercise correctly and put on each time a bit heavier weights, remember to always eat protein and workout your whole body, not just parts of it.

  • @JLchevz ok thanks

  • crunch your abs squeeze your glutes!!

  • @eope111 wtf?

  • does this work the upper part of the chest ? Where as the flat dumbbell fly works the lower regions of the chest? I want to work the upper part of my chest.

  • @onlyjohnno613 yes, incline pushups and variations do upper chest

  • @onlyjohnno613

    it works the width

  • @onlyjohnno613

This is correct. By doing the incline fly your working the upper part of the chest
