believe me, i am no professional in cooking, and have spent enough time to think that it should be easy and involve no art / tricks / experience beyond the normal interest in cooking to make these recipes ! and i really dont believe that you are no good at cooking ..else would you have watched this video ? cheers ! :-)
@oldernwiser0 can you make a video on how you use the pressure cooker? In this recipe you used the pressure cooker but did not actually show that step. May be those who are transitioning from conventional cooking to using pressure cooker might find a general pressure cooker video useful. Thanks.
sir i have never heard wats a nalgari? looks like sambar..but have to try n make this.. looks yummy :) i like the way u say "Eat" towards the end of teh video ...lol!!
i glad for you that it came out so well with sambar powder ( bought out or home made ?) you do get good sambar powders these days in the market, but you have to experiment a lot with various brands before you settle on the one that appeals to you .. the advantage with making the nalgari powder, is that u can use it for making the bise bele bhat with nalgari powder which tastes more authentic than the one made with sambar powder .. thanks for letting me know !:) cheers !
:))) and i always laugh when i hear americans pronounce it as puh tai tuss .. anyways if the idea is conveyed across and one does not mistake my potatoes for an elephant ( lol ) i'm happy ! and thanks for the encouraging comments ...
more on pronounciation.. i remember my ncc punjabi comandant insisting on pronouncing a pick axe as pick ass and stool as satool and school as sakool and would avoid pronouncing words like schedule ... and the maharashtrian friends of mine insist on pronouncing date as datay ..the urdu friends of mine laugh at me when i pronounce the word stool as stool.. they insist it should be pronounced as isstool
Namaste, sir. I'd like to say I really love indian food, all vegetarian dishes are tasty as well as the sweets.
Thanks for this video. You made it look easy to cook but for me it's still so difficult because I am no good at cookin'.
