im sorry, that really sucks. but being in school doesnt suck no matter what. I did 3 tours in afghan/iraq. lost 3 friends in 10 seconds, had one take a bullet for me, seen attrocities you could never dream of.

And yes a very good friend of mine died in HS and i was shook up pretty bad, but when ur there and you should die and your best friend takes it instead of you makes realize how trivial life really is.
