In both cases have we found a statistical way of saying "Rich people have a lot and pay more taxes than poorer people? What the stats mean are up for debate. Perhaps it means more and more are making financially destructive choices.
I love how 20,000 American soldiers are coming to the states, on active duty, to be in place in the event of a "terror attack" or civil unrest. So I take it they are covering there bases in the event we riot before their next false flag.

In his opinion a job pays enough money to pay most/all the bills and still save a little. He says working for minimum or low wage is actually half a job. Things are going to get much worse. Congress is working on a 1% tax; where everytime you deposit a check or do any bank transaction, it will cost you 1%. It tells me, if you produce nothing, then you get nothing. It is true, there are great imbalances in society. It is also true that there are great imbalances in the effort some people expended to improve themselves and their circumstances. How many jobs does that small minority of people who hold the majority of wealth provide to society? I would say, a good portion. If they acquire that wealth by providing others with jobs...why shouldn't they profit? At least they're not asking for a handout.

I've said for years that there needs to be a change in the way lobbying is done in this country. The same for campaign contributions. No one takes the time to investigate all of that. Food stamps should be investigated too. I bet half of people getting them, lie when filling out the application. Civil unrest will go on for years. This is going to be a long term process. Turmoil in society and the economy sucks. Its chaotic. Its not fair. The rules are hard to figure out. Reginald, the unrest is going to cross all racial lines too. I have family members who are having one helluva time to make ends meet, and one who is floundering.
Things are going to get much worse. Congress is working on a 1% tax; where everytime you deposit a check or do any bank transaction, it will cost you 1%. It doesn't sound like much, but do the math, on your paycheck for instance. Even automatic deposit is going to require the 1% to be deducted. It's an awful thing!!!!!

It tells me, if you produce nothing, then you get nothing. It is true, there are great imbalances in society. It is also true that there are great imbalances in the effort some people expended to improve themselves and their circumstances. How many jobs does that small minority of people who hold the majority of wealth provide to society? I would say, a good portion. If they acquire that wealth by providing others with jobs...why shouldn't they profit? At least they're not asking for a handout.

I've said for years that there needs to be a change in the way lobbying is done in this country. The same for campaign contributions. No one takes the time to investigate all of that. Food stamps should be investigated too. I bet half of people getting them, lie when filling out the application. If someone investigated that fraud, there would be more money to help people who really need it. Corruption is everywhere. Maybe this Murdoch case will open up the door to get to the bottom of it all.

Civil unrest will go on for years. This is going to be a long term process. Turmoil in society and the economy sucks. Its chaotic. Its not fair. The rules are hard to figure out. You can't play by the old rules. You have to adapt to the changing situations. You don't pull out your camera and video cops beating some guy. You hide and disquise the camera. You have to be carefull how that video gets out.

I totally believe what you say about how my home state of SC is being downgraded economically. In SC, the Lt. Governor who just got elected in office would have to face the state's grand jury because he used his campaign money on himself, but yet the majority of the folks in SC elected him simply because he is a Republican.
It just goes to show you that politicians are in there for themselves and not the citizens who elected them into office.
