@Olekrok I don't know the exact nature of your problem but try this: go to options, make sure the capture sound box is checked. If you want to record from your mic check that, if you want to record from speakers check speakers then click sound mixer to adjust the sound output from your speakers and your browser. Note that you can record from your speakers even if your computer doesn't have stereo mix. I hope this helped!

i use a laptop and i use this program and i have recently found how to get sorta of a hd in debut using a avi file with a encoder download and it looks great while recording but soon starts to lag. i have 265 out of 297 GB of memory is that the problem? i have 4 GB of RAM any help????

Hey, So. I have a acer extensa 4420 laptop. It has a crystal eye webcam in it, but the problem with this is that you can't use it to record videos, like you would on a mac or other laptops. It only takes pictures. (You can use it as a webcam on msn, ect). Is this the program I should download so I can record the videos? Will it make me lose my crystal eye webcam? Because I still use that for taking pictures. Please help me in any way you can!! :)

A few weeks ago, the douches at NCH updated the app from it's BETA in to the full release. In the process, they made it a paid app.

The BETA (free version) for v1.49 can still be found floating around the internet, though. Go in to Google and search for 'Debut 1.49 BETA' to get it.

Great video mate... have changed some setting when doing screen captures because of what you have said... was just wanting to know your settings for webcam capture you mention using .wmv but that's it. I really want to get rid of this lagg I have with my audio
