He's wide recieving it right now with the Seahawks. He may not be a quarterback or have many recieving yards, but at least he's playing on the team from where he's from - that's got to be a reward in itself.

Best QB the 'Boys drafted in years. Yet, because he possessed a body and skill set that didn't fit the "formula" of what an NFL QB is supposed to be was wasted at the WR position. I'll always dream of what could've been.

May he join the list of great NFL QBs that should've been, but were cut short due to bias. Should've been's like Doug Flutie, Kordell Stewart, Troy Smith, Jared Zabranski, and most recently KJ Black.

Imagine how good Isaiah could have been if he had the oppurtunity to play and be coached under Sark. I really feel bad for the guy, he's probably the best pure athlete we've ever had play football for us, but he just got no coaching at all in his 4 years under Gilby and Ty. Sark could have turned Isaiah into one of the all-time great Husky QB's, cause he definetly had the athletic ability, he juust needed some coaching.

I think with him going to the seahawks he may be better at trying his had again at QB. for one seneca wallace is no longer ther which makes it easier for him to try his hand at QB. as a WR hes okay and was a litle better a rerutning kick due to his great athleticism but yes if the QB route is his best chance he might need to focus more on that

This guy was a truly amazing college athlete.

He's just had the worst run of bad luck with injuries in the NFL.

The way things look, he might get bumped by one of the Cowboys rookies, and I'm not sure if all that Wildcat offense hubbub is much of anything,

If he gets released, hopefully another team will pick him up and maybe he finally gets some time on the field to develop his craft.

I hated seeing Emtman's careeer fall short to injuries. Hopefully, Stanback doesn't share the same fate.

Time will tell but I want to see Issiah as a QB, maybe one of those things where he works his way up at the CFL for a few years?. He sure still has great speed and he threw more than a share of bombs at UW.

I do hope the "TY Effect" as some call it doesn't bite Locker. This saturday is what i've been waiting forever for since Sarkisian's hire and i think a special performance we may witness.

CAN'T WAIT for Husky Football. Sarkisian & Holt bring such an incredibly FRESH jolt of ENERGY and LIFE to the program.

I luv how he wants fans to re-connect w/the program. So far, he's made the right moves, and I respect his aproach to coaching.

Can't wait to see how it translates on the field ... & esp in developing our key talent.

The players have bought into the system and I expect a very tight game and a bowl game maybe Vegas?. Sark has recruited some highly touted kids and has commitments from quite a few ringers. Sky is the limit for this program. Ivan Lewis has been doing a fantasic job in getting our guys in shape too.

I'm getting excited even thiking about 2010 with Locker having a full year under Sark's tuttleage. Then, 2011 when Nick Montana will be prep'd to either start or challenge Keith Price for the job.

Some great stories developing ... James Johnson will hopefully turn into a phenom, Jorgensen, Trufant, Kavario Middleton ... there's a decent amount of talent waiting to be developed on this team.

My only question is how do we replace the linebacking corp next year. That's a great trio back there.

Gregory Christine a former walk on is now going to be the starter at left guard for the Dawgs. Locker still had a few high throws, but the O-line did an amazing job of giving him time to stay in the pocket.

Chris Polk was great in the 1st half, but they should've adjusted better for LSU's 2nd 1/2 adjustments.

It was good to see James Johnson get his first TD.

But, Walker and secondary simply have got to get their shit together. Plus, I really wanna see our D get into the backfield more.

As for the Backers I think we are going to be in good shape for years to come. Tim Tucker who is a freshmen this year was up to 2nd team on the depth chart after the the NCAA clearinghouse messed everything up for him. He is clear now though and back with the team. Andre Pulu looks like a monster MLB for years to come and may see some action this year. Chris Young and Darius Waters are some high profile recruits that will be impact Backers. Jordan Wallace should be a a beast too.

Stanback ran track for UW. He ran the 100m in 10.48seconds, 8th fastest all time for UW so I think he may be faster than White who ran a 4.55. By the way, he didn't run a 40 at the combine cuz of a lisfranc injury. That 100m dash using simple ratios translates to a 3.85 40 yard dash. Im not claiming he runs it even close to that fast, as that ratio doesnt take the fact that you start slow into consideration. It just shows that he averaged a speed of more than 10 yards a second or 21mph.

Isaiah is one of my favorite athletes ever from the State of Washington. He is a hard worker who was given a golden chance with the Dawgs..... his supporting cast was bad and thus he didn't have a real chance at being a great Husky QB. Romo did OK. I prefer Bledsoe. You can't blame Romo. Noone is perfect. Plus he helped cowboys get there. Parcells needed to go. His days have passed him up.
