that "ki" in gum ki shaam is good slightly different than the original. but i believe that if you have covered the original version rather than the one in dilvilpyarvyar, you would have made it more appealing.. over all "gum ki shaam" and "naino ke" in the repeated part of the first antra is very good really, "dhool" is also sounding great

Comming back to the point of singing, you have flawless voice. How you can sound better?? You sung song as it is..., You are capable of adding much more variations with emotions like Hariharn... try it in this song itself.

I believe few people are gifted with good voice but out of that only 1% is creative and they become legends!!! Wish you luck!!

Wonderful singing, Nikita! Isi tarah gaati jao aur riyaaz karti jao. This is one tough song of Lataji, and to sing it this way, was really commendable.The mixing cud have been better though :-), but that is not imp as u have sung it so well!
