I knew these guys at the time, we drank in a pub in the middle of Blackheath, drank coffeee in Lee High Road late at night and one of these people slipped me acid when they supported the band Yes at an all nighter at the Lyceum around 1970 or 1971. Mick lives in Bexhill which is a notorius elephants graveyard. Steve's gone loopy, so I hear and Andy and Del - I have not a clue.

I'll never forget the first time I've heard this song on a SIRIUS radio station 16 The VAULT which plays deeper classic rock, this song is one of the reasons why I love prog rock.

In 1970, when I was 22 !! I bought that "Retribution vinyl-LP-it was an insider-tip in Germany.I lost it someday and I was very happy to get that CD version in 1996.

Now I'm 60 !!! and "Death the lover" is still one of my very favourites.I'm very happy to grow up with that fine music in the 70's - all good songs have been written. And today's music ? Better no comment !!
