Paul Samwell-Smith produced some big hit music later on. They ones I know of still sound great today. Cat Stevens's best albums, and early Carly Simon "Anticipation" too.
Beck, Relf, Dreja, Mccarty, and Samwell-Smith are their last names. This is the best and definitive line-up of the Yardbirds. Clapton quit before (and because of), this song. Beck joined after this song. Written by G. Gouldman, from a band called 10cc. Page joined the band later, first on bass, then on guitar. The import album,"Roger the Engineer" was very good. Some studio guitarist played on the actual recording of "For Your Love". He did a good job and it is a very good song.
No Jimmy Page or Eric Clapton here. Beck on acoustic.
