@volantorman When i decided to record this video i thought that was a Les Paul's song... so... nothing more to say... watch this: /watch?v=pb5_DEhmDAM
You should try playing someone eles music .Like maybe the Venture's or easyier stuff like Eric Clapton Jimmi Henrix but not Les and Chet. Just ain't in the class.
I cannot find any official record where Les and Chet recorded this together. I may be wrong about this. It sounds very much like Les by himself. This version of Guitar Boogie/Shuffle is the best I have ever come across. A magnificent arrangement.
Chet Atkins and Merle Travis did an acoustic version of this, but called it "Cecil's Boogie". this was on that album "The Atkins-Travis Travelling Show" from the mid 70s.
@Pickinbuddy Hey I copied Cecil's Boogie note for note 40 years or more ago and this guy didn't play one lick from that tune. Just letting you know it doesn't matter but facts are facts.Still he played a nice diddle.
I think they mean Chet and Les did similar boogie recordings. Things like Mammy's boogie and Guitar boogie are similar to this from Les. Chet did plenty of boogies. Dunno who did a woogie?
cara! parabens por esse video! tudo! execução maravilhosa na guitarra.. e o lance vintage ficou muito legal! que amp/efeitos vc usa? um abraço Deus te abençoe!
Your talent shines through. I enjoyed the vintage look of the video and the color fading to black and white like you were actually traveling back in time! Cool!

nice work. I love the shoe at the edge of the frame and the light on the sole. You've really framed the shot well.
The transition: color to b+w is also very nice.
