The "this song makes me happy" comments are bizarre. I LOVE this song. Intensely well-written, poetic, and full of simple but harsh truths- all tied together with a sweet upbeat tempo-- But I can't see "happy" in lines like: "turn me back into the pet/ I was when we met/I was happier then/with no mindset" on to the phrase "I'd'a danced like the king of the eyesores..." and my personal favorite "God speed the bakers at dawn/may they all cut their thumbs/bleed into their buns/til they melt away."
