How do you get it down? ;_;

I was able to get it down a few times, it's quite rare.

It meows if you "talk" to it and it makes no noise when you kill it with the knife strangely. All the other effects didn't seem to do anything to it, except the cat effect.

@HetaliaFan8D Well, it's actually a completely random event. A rare event, I had to walk in and out of the door way about 200 times to get it down.

Really? Did you try killing it?

@raspsnapple This was during my first playthrough, I only had frog and stoplight. I tried getting the cat down again.... but it never happened.
