First Choice Holidays: Star Class and Star Class Premier

I flew SC Prem to Kenya with my girlfriend, and let me tell you it's a better offering than Virgin Atlantic's Premium Economy, which I've flown regularly. We were in 1A and 1B, which would obviously be First on proper airlines, and we were so far from the engines the flight was practically silent. The seats were far superior to what I expected for the money, too. Obviously, it wasn't equivalent to First - I've flown Virgin Upper and BA First a few times - but for what you pay this is/was great.

we always fly with first choice when we go to WDW in florida.

its soooo worth the money...!

weve flown with virgin and monerk besisdes first choice and i would still recomend first choice..both in aconomey and star class but for long flights it defo pays the extra leg room plus your let of the plane first!!!

ive flown to puerto vallarta in Star class, it wasnt that great! Flew back in the premier service and that wasn't great either! the staff were....unfriendly to say the least!! dont get tricked by this video! oh and they charge you for extra tv channels/videos etc if u are in star class such a joke!! look forward to your holiday and not the flight! :)

depending on your crew! Never say tht everyone is like that, they dont charge you at all if you want extra tv channels, they only charge you if you WANT to have extra channels, which is only £5, bargain!

you obviously work for them! who are you trying to kid that £5 EACH way is NOT a bargain to have the 'luxuary''of a few extra channels and the ability to pause/fast forward or rewind, which is something you can get for FREE on other airlines!

Plus you are charged £10 per person each way to SIT TOGETHER - on a long haul flight!!! Bear in mind the holiday has already cost nearly a £1000 per person! These charges are a joke!

They didnt even have enough blankets on a night flight back to the UK, stating that they needed to be reserved for the children on board - fair enough but having 10 blankets on a long haul flight is not good enough....oh wait a minute you do have the option to buy one on board for an extra £5! figures! rip offs!

yes i do work for them, and for more channels and games why not upgrade your tv like what they have in premier, omg goodness you pay about £5 to go the pictures or even rent, dont be such a stingebag, they are also different films inbound. As for charging to sit together, airlines everywhere are trying to make enough money to keep going as the fuel price are ridiculous, I think it harsh that passengers have to pay, but if you want to travel thats the way it goes, if not fly with someone else

costs on average about 300/400pound more on top of your hol to fly ''premier'' that's a lot for free alcohol, snacks and 2 inches of leg room! In my opinion not worth it! especially if you are on a overnight flight back home! what would be the point? very disappointing :)
