  • Shouldn't that chainsaw run out of gas soon.

  • Overrated.

  • I cannot wait until Halloween. I have a Leatherface "Pretty Lady" mask and a realistic looking and sounding chainsaw that has a moving chain, covered in fake blood. I'm gonna scare the living shit out of the neighbourhood kids lol.

  • @kanojoe its based of ed gien a serical killer that lived in Plainfield, WI. that used people skiln for lamp shades and there skulls for bowls. what story are you talking about?

  • who knew , all it took was a wrench in the face to take down leatherface

  • I need the name of the song at 18:43!!

  • i think she went just as insane as those crazy ass people after she got away...mind blowing

  • Grandpa sucking her finger BEST FN SCENE EVER!

  • I love the 70s movies !

  • Was that actress being paid by the scream?

  • @kanojoe Technically it's true, but not in Texas. Leatherface is based off of Ed Gein from Wisconsin. Sort of like Leatherface and his family, he ate and made furniture out of people, and got away with it for a long time. He was also the inspiration for Norman Bates.

  • It's amazing how these hilly billies get away with what they do...we have them out here in Australia too...in remote area where n-one else want to go...must warp the minds...plus all the inbreeding...

  • @jojud Didn't Andrew Jackson do a film about something like that? I think it was called "Bad Taste"?

  • Doesn't he know it's dangerous to run around with a chainsaw???

  • @jojud he is promoting what dangerous things could happen with a chainsaw.

  • @laaspen awwww what a commumity minded guy he is....:-)...now the kiddies know what can happen mixing human face masks and chainsaws while running...

  • @jojud excatley

  • When i watched the first half an hour of this video, it bought back so many memories of when i first watched this movie. I subbed to you for uploading it.

  • @InTheseArmsMakis But you're watching right? :-)

  • narration by John LaRoquette better known as Dan Fielding on Night Court...

  • @GothicGal45 yah I there is a second

  • The funniest part of the movie was when the truck driver got out to see what was going on. He was like 'oh shit, let me get out of here.' Also, I found it amusing that the truck driver kept on running when the pickup truck stopped to let the girl in. I can help but wonder though why the truck driver didn't just drive off when he and the girl got back inside. Just saying.

  • 2 questions...

1.Are there more then one TCM movie?

2.How much time in prison would you get for digging up corpses and skinning them after their already dead?

  • @GothicGal45 Gein was in a mental hospital untill his death in 1984. Gein murdered at least two women in his hometown of Plainfield,WISS. Their has been around six movies made.

  • Ed Gein is what this movie is about

  • fuck yhaaa

  • Sick and crazy bullshit !!!

  • Thumbs up if you were relieved when Franklin finally got it.

  • @luis6079 HELL yeah...that creepy little turd. Could not STAND him LOL

  • @tamonettX500 Lol!!

  • In the words of Ridley Scott: "If you want to see a horror movie...? There it is.

  • for a big guy leatherface is a nifty mover

  • @TheCSXGUY Yes, but then they wouldn't have had much of a movie. :)

  • "I was the killer! Hehehehe" lol, the Hitcher was a crazy fuck. The actor was brilliant.

  • i cant belive that actually hapend!!:OOOO

  • @sundivinemusic Lolz here we go again:) This movie never really happened. It was based off of a crazy serial kileer from the 50s named Ed Gein. Well anyway he lived in Wisconsin && he killed a whole bunch of ppl & littered their bodies all over his farm & he cut off their skin 2 wear it around in the moonlight or somethin like that. Some ppl say he even made a belt out of human nipples (: But no there never was no such event of 5 hippie teenagers getting slaughtered by a chainsaw weilding maniac

  • Comment removed

  • @sundivinemusic Google Ed Geins bio. Interesting, if you want to learn about serial killers. Not only did Gein influence Chainsaw Massacre, but he also was behind the idea of norman Bates from Psycho and Buffulo Bill in Silence of the Lambs. And, several films were made about Gein. I think you can see all of them for free right here on Youtube. :)

  • Texas Chainsaw's lurid title conjuers up these ghastly images of a depraved bloodbath when in fact very little is actually shown on screen, the remake comes nowhere near as close in duplicating it's intensity. The 2003 Chainsaw had a style that owes a lot to Se7en.

  • i love how the girl is in the house and then leather face slides open the door and chases her, catching her right as she gets outside, brings her in and hangs her on the meat hook

  • Horror doesn't get any better than this :)

  • fat black guy, best scene ever

  • Do you all know that theyre making a 3D sequel following the 1974 story. Gunner Hansen and Marylin Burns are making a Cameo appearance.

  • Bros

  • I love this movie! Thank you for putting it up! Love your channel! :)

  • If I have any more fun today, I don't think I'm gonna be able to take it! This film is a classic and one of my favourite movies. The remake was completely uneeded.

  • Comment removed

  • Chubby black mans super wrench throwing powers FTW!

    1:20:21

  • Is this the same than the remake?

  • love this movie!!!!!!!!! :)

  • Doesnt get any better than this!

  • Oh yeah

  • I am a big fan of the texas chainsaw massacre

  • My mom:'Always trust a guy with a chainsaw.'

  • and bloke in wheelchair looks like buzz osbourne from the melvins

  • @jpride100 Melvins \m/\m/ creppy asshole looks like Dale at the beginning!

  • @FetusGrinderJuicer haha the melvins were movie stars before they formed a band

  • looks like the van that nirvana toured in for the bleach tour

  • The intro was so shitty, and too long.

  • @CopperCabMinion you're shitty and too long

  • @jojud Pervert.

  • The hilarious characters, sure

    The goofy chase, fine

But 1:17:55 is just getting ridiculous...

  • Every time I watch this film I feel like I'm doing something morally wrong.

  • This sum crazy stuff

  • lol wtf ending

  • @SpOoK5934 I know right, the more he was running around in circles with the chain saw the more comical it got.

  • that bitch is fine,,damn i would beat

  • You know, every movie in the horror gonre owes something to this. You really don't see any gore or anything bad happen. But when you finish it you think you do. When really you saw nothing remotley gory, lol. That's how much of an amazing movie The Texas Chainsaw Massacre is.

  • Thanks a lot for posting the whole movie Nicole! I still shudder when i look at this movie, it's a crazy movie, but i love it! THANK YOU!!

  • @ShowsMorgie I'm so glad you enjoyed the movie Morgane. It's one of my all-time favorite horror films. Thanks for watching it!! :)

  • @UtahJazzGirl91 We're a little crazy to love this kind of movie, right? Yet, we are fans!!!

  • "Hit that bitch grandpa!"

  • @madahad9 Agreed. Larger budgets means a group of people discussing how much special effects they can pump in whereas low budget groups discuss about how they can get the desired effect through camera angles and timing. I miss the old school movies.

  • thumbs up if you are watching this in 2012

  • wow, i've seen a lot of horror movies already but this one is crazy

  • Wow... Just wow.....

  • George W. Bush and family....

  • RepablicansTEXAS family values :)

  • ♥ .

  • Among the most disturbing movies I've ever seen. Probably tame by today's standards but the minimal amount of blood and gore adds to the grusome atmosphere that the audience has to provide and put them in a very dark place. An unsurpassed classic.

  • @madahad9 I don't believe that this movie can never be "tamed" by any means. Watched it again for the first time in 16 years....still had to take a few breaks. I believe the only movies that even come close to or even over take this one in terms of disturbing are the 70's/80's Asian horror films.

  • @username00here There is a very visceral reaction to the movie and sinks into your head in a bad bad way and feels as if you are watching the sickest home movies imaginable. I can only imagine what it was like to see this on the big screen. I mean "tame" in the sense that it has so little blood. Sometimes having a low budget can work in favor of a movie if it has an imaginative director. Things seem to go astray when they start making movies with larger budgets and not so good.

  • @username00here If you're looking for something recent that is disturbing watch a film called "Martyrs". Absolutely terrifying and it'll make you think.

  • *****

  • i love this movie

  • for such a disturbing yet great movie, it sure is a trip

  • Haha I heard that nobody on the set could stand the guy who played franklin

  • Have to admit the poor cinematography gives it an unnerving atmosphere. That's about the only good thing. This movie is terrible. The word classic officially lost its meaning here. -__- There I said both something good and bad about this flick.

  • Comment removed

  • How this film ever achieved cult status is beyond me. Violence and horror are not the same thing. There's more horror in THE INVISIBLE man's opening sequence than in all of this piece of sh*t, poorly lit, photographed, acted, scripted. The scene of that jerk racing around with his chainsaw is unintentionally comic, not horrific.

  • This is better the remake . A classic indeed .

  • Not to sound morbid or anything, but i guess we should be thankful for Wisconsin's notorious cannibal, graverobber Ed Gein, who inspired both Psycho and this Texas masterpiece, and without there might not have been

  • Simply Pure Classic Horror.

    Thanks from Brooklyn, NY USA

  • This film has been banned in Germany until this year.

  • One of my favorite all time Horror flicks, just a big time TCM fan got all the movies (minus the horrible Next Generation one) even got the old mask and new mask from the remakes.

  • Always thought Pam was sexy, in that 70's kind of way. She's got a great pair of legs. Too bad she gets done the way she does.

  • I saw this movie at a drive-in in 1976 at Long Beach, California. Took the kids and it scared the day-lights out of us but we stayed till the end. Never forgot it. One of the great movies of all time.

  • This is one the great films I WILL NEVER WATCH AGAIN

  • man franklin has realy got it bad,hes ugly, fat and cant walk, boy God really loves him cant you tell

  • @gogogogo9765 And on top of all that, he falls down a hill while pissing, gets his arm cut by some raving psychopath, gets left behind when they all are goofing around in the house, and then gets sliced up by a chainsaw wielding maniac.

Poor guy couldn't catch a break.

  • Thnx for the upload
