  • Im sorry, but most of this isnt chinese food anyway... -___- alot of chinese food nowadays is americanized... real chinese food is waaay different. most of this unhealthy food isnt chinese. its american. duh thats why its so unhealthy. americans tend to overseason things and they are the ones who use so much oil

  • @pussylumpessru The concept is that eating with chopsticks forces you to eat slowly, giving your body enough time to feel satisfied with the amount you've eaten, instead of making you eat more. They even explain it in the video.

  • @MarxPennsWrite I don't know about you, but more time doesn't fill my stomach. I mean if you're starving, waiting a few minutes isn't going to make it go away.

  • @pussylumpessru I've tried it actually, it's not just the waiting, it's the combo of eating while waiting in between taking a few bites and savouring the food. It's actually a pretty good dieting trick to eat your meal slowly. Of course, this isn't something one should do if they're starving, but really, most diets don't make you feel like you're starving anyway, as you're supposed to be eating regularly, just smaller portions each time.
