I like that Tom D is more involved in world issues: it's a positive step. To base a whole band around the concept of war is ambitious though and I think he's failed at creating even a half respectable, good band. Blink 182 were just 'coming into their own' when he quit, the music was top notch: diverse, sophisticated, experimental. I'm sorry to say Tom D does not have the knowledge, or intellect to get the political messages he wants across.

All u people are so fukn negative!UR not Tom therefore u don't know shit..How the fuk would u kno that he's not happy PLUSDIVSION?Clearly he did what he felt was right&wrote songs based on him changing and maturing. He is like 30 years old he cant joke around like a kid forever. Sure I miss the old Tom but the new Tom is still the same person..he did justice for us in Blink&even though they aren't2gethere anymore..we should still be greatful we were around to hear them!

my point is, blink 182 before was serious and funny, and it was cool because they could joke around about serious stuff... They have changed millions of kids life... and now they broke up... kinda seems hypocritical that they wrote that song "Stay together for the kids"... since they didnt stay together for us...

Befoe blink 182 actually helped young kids like to live by day by day. and when blink came out, all the songs they had were funny and sad and serious. The band has changed my life and the way i look at the things...i crank it up when enever im in my car and i play a blink 182 song...makes my day

Tom hasn't changed, he's just being like that so that people take him and his band seriously . Hopefully he'll be back to normal when his band takes off . But Blink182 is and always will be wayy better than AVA
