So where is the best place to register your LLC? I have read that NV and the dakotas are great?

YOU are Right,Nevada and Dakota are two of the best places to start an llc. Nevada for extreme tax purposes and Dakota for ASSET PROTECTION. Also if you are in a state that you have to pay alot to get your llc started. ALWAYS consider having your llc in a state different state from where you live. For instance in chicago llcs go for $500 bucks in Arkansas only $50 bucks. Thats a HUGE savings for the same service. Its always more than one way of skinning a cat. Thank you for your comment.
