1) It seems like you left out all the new planets (besides the start worlds) as well as one of the 6 cost development cards (Galactic Genome Project)

2) You left out the single player aspects of the game

3) I believe that you only need 1 of each world color and it can be either windfall OR production worlds, not both to get the "first to" goal.

Unless I'm mistaken, you have missed out some of the key components for this expansion. All the solo rules and charts etc?
