  • why dont u try a jet ski!! save some money...

  • search "pikefossen"

  • crazy vid

  • none of these sleds are woth 40 grand no sled is worth that much lmao even if you bought part by part lmao 10 grand and your stupid to even pay that much

  • @nitrokid99 qwrong 40 grand may be a bit pricey, but where I live you are looking at arouind 24 000 CDN aftewr taxes for a m8 TURBO> Brand new 14 500 for sled and taxes. 8000 dollars for a turbo installed with taxes. Now starti adding new heads another 3000 grand. Ugraded cagge rqage reeds another 1000 bucks installed. New track 1500 buks. you could quite easily toip out at 30 000 NP. Fuck I dont even have a turbo and im in for over 17 000 on a stock M8 . Z

  • @nitrokid99 dude i live in whitehorse yukon and for a brand new m8 after taxes is 14,000$ and first of these sleds in the video are trail sleds polaris 800's worth about 8-9 grand and yes you could easily work your way up to 17000 on your sled but for what? to put a turbo on a 2 stroke and blow you pistons every time you ride it and iunno where your buying heads for 3000$ rip off!!!!! and cage rage reeds $249,00 and why would you have to buy a new track they come high grade anyways

  • this is how we do in kautokeino norway.

  • @rievvar oh man thats cool i didnt know there was snowmobiles in norway i thought it was too warm. what do you ride?

  • is that on Georgia bay

  • yea man near parry sound.

  • Amazing, are these sleds modified in any way? Raised intakes/exaust?

  • hey this is on georgian bay near honey harbour, the sleds are xcr800's not stock they do 135 mph lol this is clips from the first dvd there are 2 full length dvds

  • Sorry Dr. Braja...32.0001 + degrees...

  • This looks an awfull lot like the 1000 Islands Gan/Grindstone area?

  • keep in mind all you "adrenaline junkies" that are watching this...the water is 32 degrees F, and if the sleds quit, they sink like rocks, and so will you if you don't get to land or ice in 30 seconds...then you will be unbeliveably cold and could be fighting for your life! Besides that, it is a major rush...just be prepared...life jacket and a warm day are suggested...

  • It's called a "floater suit"....Snow suit with bouyant lining....we never ride the ice without it and a set of ice pics....

  • @grindstonerat there are 2 helicopters waiting to save them from the cold water

  • awesome, guys!

  • XCR 800? go baby go!!!

  • hey i saw u guys going by my house. u were doing like 120k over water your the sweetest. i'm getting pretty good myself. mabey talk 2 u sometime.

  • Это круто!

  • how did you go so far cause i know in races they can only go so far

  • thats because in races they start at a stop and then the sled bouncing up and down but when you start at like 100 KM's in smooth water you dont bounce its just like snow

  • there not racing there doing it for fun no track

  • Is there some way i can upload this video to my computer?

  • this footage was taken out of midland ontario canada water is geogian bay We run this water most of the winter as alot of it doesn't freeze due to current but holes are huge at beginning and end of season these are some buddies with money that wanted to show the world what we do all winter. i do it on my 600H.O REV but do lots of carvin in the process more of a rush EH!

  • I NEVER get tired of watching this video.

Well done! Scary to think what it might have felt like.

  • Awsome vid, great coverage

  • That's pretty sweet...tried that with my Cat for the first time...it's a blast...but remember to slowdown before you hit land or you'll go ass over tea kettle lol

  • so how do they stop?...

  • land on a beach and hit the brakes if u stop on the water or most the ice your sledd will sink and u cant come back 4 it. some of these sleads are worth up to 40 grand

  • bull shit

  • 40,000? yeah right...these sleds are pretty much stock worth no more than $15,000 CANADIAN each NEW...You can do the math if ya want

  • @15DjjC13 lol 40,000 dollars??? no... a brand new arctic cat with a turbo costs like $13,090 at max

  • @MegaJohndeere1 depending on the sled stock they can run all the way up to 18,000 or more. custom parts are also ridiculously expensive. a track alone can run up to 3000 not including studs. custom parts, paint, engine, cooling, tuning, labor, and anything else you can throw at it. It adds up fast.

  • fucking cool man ,,,,,,,,,,,,,,shit eh

  • holyshit im guessing you guys run wide open damn look your going pass buoys DAMN!!!!

  • I hope you have a good belt...

  • No one notices the April Fools? Or maybe the comments are deleted...

  • Awsome vid.

  • I think it is an XCR 800 Polaris
