  • Nadal was moving sooo slow at the end of 2009. You can't say that too often about Nadal.

  • Gee nice shorts Nadal?

  • djokovic will be the best player :)

    i am sure :)

  • ppl are waay 2 quick 2 draw conclusions ! "woow nadals career is slowing down/he wont be able 2 last much longer with that style of play" etc etc... He just came back from an injury and u call him out?? same thing with federer after nadal trashed him in RG in 08 and when he beat him narrowly in Wimbly and AO and here again after Miami... give thoose legends room 2 play more than one bad match (or in federers case 2 fantastic and 2 bad) before u count em out! theres a reason why there legends!

  • djokovic cleaned the floor with nadal

  • nadal sucks at tweeners

  • court seems real slow

  • Wow a match in which Nadal looses o.O

  • Dont get this confused with a nadal dig cos its not.

I really dislike that tweener lob nadal does on the first point, I have seen him use it quite a few times. One of these days after the thousands of attempts he's gonna hit it in cos somebody leaves the smash and it will be hailed as one of the best shots ever. I much prefer to watch him hit a DTL forehand, its so much sexier than that shot

  • @Jamus182 True, maybe on a big point he would have gone for it, but it was the first point and Djokovic was looking like winning it

  • @Jamus182 Santoro actually hit an amazing between the legs lob before. In Newport I believe.

  • @Jamus182 you are so right now, the tweener in the madrid final can be hailed as point of the year...

  • From 3-2 in the 1st set Djokovic won 12 points in a row to take the set lol

  • @TJFederer15 yep, it became very one sided at one point. Djokovic was serving and returning very well and Nadal was struggling to win points

  • @TJFederer15 that is crazy - Djokovic should have dominated Nadal in their USO final

  • @StewNWT There is a huge difference between playing a Masters SF and a GS Final.

  • @danimallawlz normally i wouldnt be one for name-calling but not only did you moot my point, but the wording is exquisite.

  • Djokovic make 31 winners in 17 games........wow

  • This is why I don't like Rafael Nadal. His defensive tactic of the crosscourt topspin shot works well against one-handed backhands, but it clearly doesn't work against two-handed backhands like Djokovic and Soderling and he still doesn't change how he plays. He doesn't play smart and he doesn't even need to play well, all he needs to do is play lefty.

  • @slammayjammay Really? Seemed to work against Soderling just fine in straight sets at the French this year, and in 4 sets at Wimbledon. I guess it's all due to the fact the fact that he's left handed. Also interesting how Nadal leads his H2H against Djokovic 14-7, despite the fact that his cross court topspin doesn't work on him. I also wonder why Verdasco and Lopez have failed to win any 1000 series or GS's? They must be right-handed. Oh wait a sec, you're a fucking idiot.

  • @DanimalLawlz you cant compare clay and hard

  • @conziborg2 I wasn't. He said his crosscourt topspin shot doesn't work on Soderling period, not specifically hard.

  • @conziborg2 When did I mention either of those in my argument, you idiot?

  • @DanimalLawlz You said it worked well against Soderling, on clay,

  • @DanimalLawlz You need to understand that most of nadal wins came when djokovic was still starting and his game hadn't developed enough for him to beat nadal especially on the hard court.

But also mentally now he believes he has the game to beat rafa pretty much everywhere maybe apart from wimbledon as his game doesn't do well on it but he still to bring the mental and physical side up to notch to be able to take him out in the slams and at the french.

Nadal always tries his backhand game.

  • @akebefrontiere djokovic will NEVER beat nadal at the french. Never. Most of nadals wins over djokovic have come in 08 and 09 when his game had already devoloped. So you are wrong there. Nadal is a multiple slam champion for now djokovic is a one slam wonder.

  • @hhhhdmt how wrong u were, i bet u didnt see this one coming 4 titles in arow & 25-0 record

  • @akebefrontiere now that he has been beaten at the US Open all of yous decided to stay away from this video then??? jokers

  • Thats the difference between the good players and the great players.

Apart from that one slam (and it appears to be somewhat of a fluke) Djokovic can't bring it against the top players where it matters; at the slams.

Nadal just won his seventh slam. Big difference between both players.

  • I miss this djokovic :/

  • is the precision

  • 3:50 lol djoko...

  • Nadal better hope that djokovic doesn't keep his form because this is what will always happen whenever they meet in masters series, maybe not in slams as djoko fitness is still not good enough to keep up with rafa but djokovic at his best is better than rafa on hard court.

I support rafa never say die attitude but if he wasn't left handed he would never be as successful as he has been until now but players are now onto him like djokovic, murray, del potro and cilic and i hope it lasts long.

  • Djokovic was playing with Nadal !!

"Are You done with ur boring topspin..???...now take that..BANG!!" lol

  • but i will say Nadal is a fighter and only 24 so he still has years left in him. But I'm thinking he might go the way of Nalbandian and sucumb to injuries, except of course Nadal is way more successful. God, if Nalbandian is at 100%, he can beat anybody in the world. Just ask Fed or Nadal (the last time they played Nadal admitted he was afraid of his backhand and didn't know how to play him considering he got walloped twice before)

  • Everybody in Top 10 has been layin waste to Nadal since Fed started him on a losing path in 09. The guy didn't even win a single set at the 09 World Tour finals; del po beat him 3 consecutive times (a feat no player has done); and Nadal has lost to Fed, Davy, Djokovic, Murray. I'm thinking Nadal will next lose to Cilic, he's my dark horse. Definitely Cilic will cause some upsets; Nadal is next!

  • I'd rather say djokovic broke him after the madrid semi... he's not himself after that

  • @mustang100002 couldn't agree with you more, marin is gonna be big

  • very well said you fucking idiot. He will go from no. 2 to be out of the top 10 because he is to defensive. I guess it didn't work for him all the other years he has been playing defensive. These matches happen, Djokovic did an excellent job exploiting the wholes on Nadals courtside, and the guy can fire of some pretty nasty flat hard balls.

  • old nadal will be back

  • he just whitewashed him!!!

  • simply with one word , RAPE !!!!! Nadal is going to be out of top 10 next year , he is too much defensive ..... But not defensive , as Murray !!!!!! Btw , Murray pusher !!!!!

  • 4:42 to 4:46 is a perfect example why Nole won the match with ease.

  • the whole match is a perfect example of why nole won the match

  • Djokovic is playing exceedingly well, his racquet head speed was amazing!

  • I think Nadal will drop below top 5 ranking soon. As soon as AO finishes, he looses 2000 points, and will go below Novak. Then Murray, Delpo, Davydenko all will overtake him by the end of the clay season.

If Nadal recovers his old form of the beginning of the year, he could curtail this, but its looking more and more difficult. But he may still be able to do it -- the fighter he is.

  • I think Nadal is done and will drop in the rankings soon. He will lose the AO Open and will be without a Slam next year.

  • Hopefully, now that the tennis year's over for rafa, he can gain some confidence back, and get back in shape to become the old Nadal

  • everytime djokovic plays rafa..he hammers him on hard courts top players with big forhand and double handed backhand are easily beating Rafa..look what del potro did to Rafa..just blew him off the court in US open..

  • wow, I'm so amazed by how much djokovic picked up his form. He's playing like a world number 1. Super net game improved

  • b/w 4-2 to 6-2 first set...djoko lost no points...thats crazy as dude.

  • sorry...make that 3-2 to 6-2 first set djokovic won 16 straight points...crazy and more or less unbelievable.

  • nadull was raped with no mercy

  • Nadal has better accuracy than Federer with that through the legs shot but Nadal just shoots it to high. Like Nadal hit the ball perfect accuracy and one time Federer hit the chairsmen

  • @Sundin456 Umm, how does Nadal have better accuracy with a Tweener? He just did the shot against Roddick, and it went into the crowd -___-. As for Federer's shot, I think you're referring to one of the Wimbledon Finals he played against Nadal. That wasn't a Tweener shot. Look to US Open 2009, that was awesome.

  • look at his current phyiscally conditioning everyone is battering him even soderling!

  • I think nadal's problem is about confidence and thats why his game is so predictable he is playing crosscourt all the time cause thats a safe game he isn't doing inside outside forehand anymore and no down the line with the backhand if he begins to play more unpredictable titles will come soon

  • I can't wait for next year's clay season...If Djoko can carry on this form, then I think we may have our new number one next year.

Fed better watch out, cuz Djoko is getting GOOOOD again....Nadal i have to say, has looked in awful shape since his injury. And with only more hard courts to come for a long time I fear the worst. Djoko has wiped the floor with him, Del Potro has done the same, Murray is still unknown, and in Madrid Federer rarely looked troubled.....Have we seen the best of Nadal?

  • awful shape is relative. And yes he is not looking good compared to previous years.

    especially against top 5

  • This YoSoyZuri is such a typical idiotic Rafatard who doesn't appreciate tennis, but rather drools over one player. Face it, Nadal's career is slowing down. Who cares if he has one good match here and there, he isn't a top 10 player for no reason.

Just get out, real tennis fans care about rank 1-1000, not just about some kid from Majorca and claim he is the greatest when he wins and then claim he was injured or (insert bullshit excuse) when he loses. HE ISN'T GOD. Holy shit, GTFO.

  • um Rafa is only 23, I wouldn't go as far to say that his career is slowing down. If he continues to have knee problems then yes, he will be slowing down. Otherwise, if his knees are ok, there's no reason he can't get back into the top form he was in 10 months ago.

  • @AllGenreMusic Would you care to retract your statement?

  • @poopilentes54 Get out Nadaltard. Respect all tennis players. Learn to play the game.

  • @AllGenreMusic That is a big assumption your making. Sorry that I respect a player that has won 7 grand slams, reached the top 50 by 16, and holds various records.

  • @AllGenreMusic dude.... I just wanna say... TOLD U SO! to all those who said Rafa was not going to come back.... This Year he won 3 masters (18 master titles- Record), Wimbledon and French which right now he has 8 Grand Slams!!!!!!! and he is back at the World Number 1 !!!! in your face!!! and rafa is coming for more and more!!

  • @AllGenreMusic We need to get this message posted to every forum overrun with crazy Nadtards thinking their idol is God.

  • @AllGenreMusic Spot on the money.

  • @AllGenreMusic ...he holds 3 grand slams at the moment and he's the world number one...haha don't think his career is over just yet cocksucker.

  • @imavaughanstar

    Now it is..

    AHAHAHAHAHAHAAAHAHHA

  • @guineapig55555 he just won his sixth French Open and he's number two in the world...I suppose your own tennis career is jetsetting far beyond that.

  • @imavaughanstar

Only reason he won RG this year was because he didn't face Djokovic.

That is the last slam he will ever win.

  • @guineapig55555 haha the last slam he'll ever win? AllGenreMusic and you no doubt thought the same after his shaky 2009 season with only one Slam title...and look how 2010 turned out for him. Haha because he didn't have to face Djokovic? He lost in the semis to Roger, fair and square. We might as well say that had Chardy beaten Djokovic in the 1st round of Wimbledon this year, he would have won the whole tournament.

  • @imavaughanstar its possible.. now both Federer and Nadal are going to find it really really tough to win slams.. For me .. now the contenders are Djokovic and Del potro!

  • @TheFedererNadallover Del Potro over (not even mentioning) Murray? hmm...

  • @ArjunJethwa Yeah .. even i think Del potro is playing pathetically atm .. Really struggling with form and fitness.. And talking about Murray .. he doesn't stand a chance against Nadal , Djokovic or Federer at the slams .. Why ? Because he doens't have that big match temperament .

  • @AllGenreMusic It seems Nadal career is not slowing down. He is now celebrating Rolland Garros 11

He has never claimed he is the greatest, he is still simply number #1

  • Looks like the MATRIX, Djokovic had all time he needed to line up his shots.

Great job on this video. CHEERS

  • The problem for Nadal is that he played too defensively. What he did was just to spin the ball back into the court, thats why Novak had a lot of time to make some good-angled-shots.

If Nadal played aggressively like what he did at the beginning of this year, and with the spin he has in his shots, I don't think Novak would have had an easy match like that

Anyway, good job to Nole, great match!!!

  • Nadal hit too many balls down the middle right into Djokovic's hitting zone. And Djokovic was in really good form.

  • djocovic looks scarey good

  • @jazzswingsoulblues But can he beat Rafa in Monte Caro...?? ....I think YES!!!
